Quiet, secluded and close to nature, there is this cozy one-bedroom apartment with kitchen, suitable for 2-4 guests. The apartment is 34 sqm and has a newly renovated, fully tiled bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a fully equipped kitchen with room for 4 people at the dining table and its own laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The bedroom has a queen-size double bed as well as comfortable sofa-bed for 2 sleeping. You park a car, truck or car with a trailer right outside the door, you need to be able to charge the electric car to arrange!

Welcome to this cosy country idyll where one is embraced by horse pastures. The peace. The silence. The beauty of the surrounding forests. Here you get close to both animals and fantastic nature. On the yard there are horses, cats, chickens and a small sociable dog. Beyond the natural pastures are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. Stay rural but close – in charming Väggarp, 1 km from Örtofta station. Perfect for holiday in Skåne, work in the area or as a wedding guest at Örtofta Castle. The apartment has its own private entrance, 3 bedrooms + sofa bed, kitchen with basics and a bathroom with shower. Totally sleeps 6: 2 x 90 bed 1 st 180 bed 1 x 140 bed Cozy, simple and cozy. The property is located upstairs and is accessed via a narrow spiral staircase (not handicapped accessible). Welcome to our lovely vicarage!

Röstånga vång - simple accommodation for 2-3 people

Beautiful rural location just outside Röstånga. Functional and fresh. You have two floors of about 25 sqm built in the gable of a barn all to yourself. The bedroom is upstairs, but the stairs have no handrail. The kitchen has two hotplates, kitchen fan, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and fridge with freezer. No oven. Fully equipped with kitchen utensils. The sofa bed is on the ground floor and unfortunately is not so comfortable for sleeping. NOTE: towels, sheets and cleaning are included!

The house is close to Söderåsen National Park, Rönne Å and Bandsjön. Here there is plenty with the possibility of shorter or longer excursions in nature, such as hiking, canoeing, swimming in the lake or biking on dresses. The distance to Helsingborg and Lund is only 45 by car, if you want to go to the city for sightseeing. This destination is suitable for families with kids, solo adventures, couples, or you who are on a longer trip, and needs a simple overnight stay on the way.

Fester ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna efter 21.00.

This cozy cottage dating from the 19th century is idyllically situated next to a small pond in the countryside, close to hiking and bike trails. Malmö is 30km away, Lund 25km. The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue. Guests bring bedlinen (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases) and towels. Guests clean at checkout.

Own accommodation in part of villa! Here is a fresh and comfortable room in a quiet location just 10 - 12 minutes walk from Lund city center. The accommodation has a private entrance, a private shower and a toilet. Two bicycles can be borrowed free of charge subject to availability. Own parking area outside the house (free).

Small garden cottage 23m2, centrally located

The small cottage in my garden is only available for short term rental, max 45 days. It sleeps 23m2: bedroom, living room with kitchenette and toilet shower. The cottage is not big but clean and pleasant. In the bedroom, there is a bed 120 cm wide (1-2 people) and in the living room a 90 cm bed/sofa (1 person).
