Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Euboea

Nice apartment, clean, cozy. It is convenient to get to the sights, the bus stop is a 1-minute walk away. Very nice and colorful neighborhood, close to a huge hypermarket, restaurant. The only disadvantage is that it is quite noisy, you can hear the neighbors upstairs, and voices from the street, noise from the road.

This place was so nice. It was just like the pictures and descriptions. Marina is such a good host and is willing to answer any questions you have any time. She responds fast and is super friendly. If I come to Athens again, I would definitely stay with Marina again.

cannot recommend this place enough. we absolutely loved it it's only about two stops from the acropolis via the tube which only takes two minutes. plus it is only a 5-minute walk away from two different metros. I will definitely be visiting again. the projector as well was amazing and I got to watch a couple of movies to unwind after a long day with the air conditioning

We had an amazing stay. After a long day of traveling, we struggled using the key and opening up the door. Our host responded quickly to help us get in. Everything was clean and it was such a nice place to come back to after exploring all day. The location was amazing. It was about a 20-30 minute walk to all of our places we wanted to go. This Airbnb lived up to all of our expectations and more.

Great place for a short or long stay. Absolutely clean and all equipment you need! Super comfortable bed too! Quiet surroundings with many Cafés.

My friend and I stayed at Paul’s apartment during our exchange semester in Piraeus, and we had a really good stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was also ideal – close to the marina, cafés, restaurants, shops, and with easy access to public transport. Paul was a great host – kind, helpful, and always quick to respond if we had any questions. He made us feel welcome from the beginning and was easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We felt at home and can genuinely recommend both the apartment and Paul as a host

The place was beautiful, tastefully decorated, and exceptionally clean. Its location was perfect, just a short walk from the main port area. We had only booked a few days before heading to Athens, but once we arrived on the island and experienced Aegina, we wished we had planned to stay longer. We were absolutely delighted with our stay.

Lovely flat, lovely owner! We stayed here as a family of four for a week in Athens and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The location was so convenient, everything is within easy walking distance. There was a lot of choice for Airbnbs in Athens and I picked this flat for location, it’s balcony (wider than quite a few listed), and the fact that it has two bathrooms (with four of us, this was essential). Tatiana was always reachable, arranged transport to and from the airport, and arranged for clean towels half way through the stay. She also gave us a very kind food platter, which was so thoughtful. Couldn’t rate it higher!

We loved the house, very clean and beautiful! The garden is also very beautiful and Katia prepared for us everything we needed! She was very helpful and kind. We can't wait to come back! Everything was amazing!

I stayed for a month, and all in all, I have enjoyed the place so much. It comes prepared with everything you might need during your stay, and the kitchen has all the necessary utensils, machines and spcies. Dimitrios and his wife were very kind and friendly, they even offered me a ride to the place and showed me the local supermarket and shops. Since I did not have a car, they offered me a city bike that I can go to the center which was about 15-20 mins away on foot. Dimitrios was also very responsive to answer my questions and any problems I faced It was a good retreat for some peaceful and calm time away from the city life. A thing I did not particularly like, however, was that apart from the outdoor cameras (for security), there was an indoor one looking at the living room; while I am not sure if it was live or recording, it was definitely plugged in - I didn't appreciate the lack of privacy. However, generally, I would definitely recommend the place for booking

We had a wonderful experience that exceeded our expectations! A heartfelt thank you to the hosts, who were incredibly welcoming and always easy to communicate with. On our arrival, we were delighted to find a lovely assortment of treats left by the hosts, waiting for us in the fridge—fresh fruits, delicious marmalade, bread, and some drinks, including wine. also some exquisite local olive oil and cookies. The house is beautifully decorated, with charming rooms that felt like a fairy tale. Our kids loved it, especially with the many toys ,English books and the lovely treehouse in the garden. It truly felt like a magical getaway! Equipped with everything we could need, the house provided us with towels and swimming pool towels, as well as toiletries like shampoo and shower gel. We visited in late October when the weather was a pleasant 22 degrees, allowing us to bask in the sun by the pool. We also made unforgettable memories enjoying a barbecue and soaking in the jacuzzi. Delightful!

Whatever we say about the house and the owners is not enough. The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything from a washing machine to toothpicks. Huge, but not tiring. With different gardens and levels, ideal for children with a playground in the garden, a movie projector, a barbecue, a dishwasher, etc. Cool, in a wonderful location close to everything, with great taste. The owners could be our friends, they brought us freshly picked fruit and eggs from grandpa's chickens for the kids, excellent communication and it is by far the best home we have been to in 15 years of traveling with Airbnb and hotels. The price is too low for what they offer. Nice courtyard with a cool mulberry tree to keep you in the shade all day… thank you very much, definitely the only accommodation we will come to in Skopelos is yours. You really don't need to take anything with you, even with small children.

Zoe's accommodation is just perfect for a relaxing, restful and caring stay. Zoe is so warm and likeable. The apartment has everything the heart desires, very modernly furnished and above all clean and tidy. The location is great. It is a little quieter, small cafes and many restaurants are nearby. The connection with bus and metro is very good. Communication with super was fast, direct and easy. We felt right at home and well taken care of! Always happy to do it again. Thank you!

We had an unforgettable stay with Michalis and his family in Athens! The accommodation is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, a few minutes' walk from public transport and very good restaurants. The apartment was impeccable: very clean, well-equipped, with a new set of sheets available and towels available on request. The jacuzzi was also impeccably clean — Michalis pays great attention to it, which is very appreciable. But what really made our stay exceptional were our hosts. Michalis, Helena and their little boy welcomed us with a warmth and generosity that perfectly illustrate Greek hospitality. Always available to answer our questions or give us advice, they even invited us to share a delicious meal with them. This convivial moment will remain etched in our memories! We recommend this accommodation without hesitation and sincerely hope to return.

Very nice apartment in Kipseli. The neighborhood is great if you don't mind walking up and down a lot of hills (just think of it as exercise). There are a lot of restaurants and other services close by as well as a very nice park. Highly recommended! Also recommend the weekly (I think) fruit and other produce market on Fridays that's very close by!
