The Baltic Sea with its sandy beaches can be reached in 20 minutes. In Fissau you will find absolute peace and quiet in a natural paradise, surrounded by numerous lakes, forests and rolling hills.

Our apartment is located on the lower ground floor of an old building, is very bright and friendly and due to the thick walls not stuffy even on the hottest summer days. In the garden you can enjoy a wonderful sun breakfast or end a beautiful day on the beach with a glass of wine. Our house is located at the edge of the forest between two lakes, each of which can be reached in about 5-7 minutes by foot, you need to walk about 20 minutes to the city center, to the Baltic Sea by car about 25 minutes.

The apartment has a room of 20 square meters plus kitchen and shower bath. A terrace with separate access. The location is very quiet, rural. 200 meters to the lake where you can swim. It is 12 km to the Baltic Sea (Neustadt), Lübeck 35 km, Kiel 45 km, Hamburg 85 km. Massenat with its lakes and the possibility to rent canoes/kayaks is 15 km away. The nearest regional train is 9 km away. The landscape is hilly. There are many forests, fields and lakes.

My place is suitable for couples and solo connoisseurs who appreciate a beautiful view.

The apartment Marina is located in the spa area of Bad Segeberg! Lake Segeberg and the spa clinics are very close by. The spacious 3-room apartment, which is located in the rear courtyard of Villa Hoffnung, can accommodate up to six people. If you like, you can barbecue directly on your own lake or go paddling with the SUP or paddle boat. Our private lake has no "bulkable" connection to other lakes. You can sign in to the TV with your own Netflix & Co. account. You can reach Timmendorfer Strand in 30 minutes.
