You also have a nice view from the living room. Ideally suited to explore Schleswig and the surrounding area from here. Parking is available in the parking garage or on the landlord's property (Schwanenwinkel 1).

Marielund: A scenic farmhouse by the beach

Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

Experience the overnight stay in the middle of nature in the conservation area. A magical circus wagon, made with predominantly ecological material, solar power and with simple but cozy furnishings. It has an eco-toilet, a solar shower and a small kitchen with running water. The oven spreads cozy warmth and is heated with wood. The swimming area on the Schlei is 500 meters away. The Viking bike path passes directly by the house, also suitable for horseback riding.

The "lüttje Huus" is right next to the old fishing district of Holm von Schleswig with the old well-kept fishermen's houses around the historic cemetery. The city harbor with embassy rental, ice cream parlor, restaurant and cafes is only 150 meters away. Many other attractions are also close to the "lüttjen Huus," such as the cathedral, the Johanniskloster monastery or the Holmer Noor nature reserve. The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is on level ground and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge. The bathroom has a large corner bath and a double sink. In the living room is a large flat screen. And many shelves with books to suit every taste.

Ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours near Schleswig! Located between Schlei and Hüttener Bergen - each only about 5 km away. The Selker Noor with its own swimming area is only 3.4 km away, and the Viking village of Haitabu, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is also very close, as are Gottorf Castle, Schleswig Cathedral and the harbor. It is also only 20 km to Eckernförde Bay!
