Our stay was wonderful! Our favorite part was that the house was within 10-15 min drive to downtown Boerne. It was VERY quiet too! Which was a plus for our 8 month old. The house was very clean, and had everything we needed too. The bed was super comfy too with extra pillows, so we got great sleep. 10/10 recommend!

Charming home. Clean. Comfortable bed. Thoughtful touches included local menus, area history info, visitor guide, filtered water in the frig, laundry pods, and more. Love the location...saw a deer and crossed a lovely creek on our easy walk to downtown shopping and dining! Hope to stay here again!

We loved Allison’s place. It was clean, beds were comfortable and so were sofas. Kitchen was perfect size for two or four people. Plenty of hot water while showering plus great water pressure. I loved watching the birds and deer that came every morning and in the evening. Location was great, not too far from restaurants, gym and lots to do in surrounding cities/towns. There’s a nice trail for walking. We would love to come back to this place. Allison responded to questions quickly and so did Jody. Only one thing that could be added. An umbrella for deck. The sun too hot to sit outside on deck so an umbrella would be very helpful. Thank you Allison and Jody Maria

My family had a great stay, worked very well for our needs. Property was clean and very functional, excellent location for the Boerne - San Antonio I-10 corridor.
