The apartment is situated on a vibrant residential street with a mix of families, students and professionals as your neighbours. The Old Post Office is 10 minutes walk from Falmouth town train station and there is a bus stop on the street. On road parking is available on the streets surrounding the property

Situated on the route of the South West Coast path and in a fabulous central and level location you will be ensured a comfortable stay in the Lower Deck; a large self-contained basement apartment within a historical Grade II listed property. The Maritime Museum in Events Square and the bustling town with its numerous shops bars and restaurants are a 5 minute walk away. The beaches are a mere 10 minutes in the other direction. Please note, access to the property is down a set of steps and may not be suitable for infirm guests.

The flat occupies the top 2 floors of a 19th century terraced house. And it has its own parking space.

Gorgeous airy Georgian apartment in a Grade II listed mansion overlooking the harbour in the heart of beautiful Falmouth. Everything is within easy walking distance, so you won't need your car: Events Square and hundreds of great restaurants and shops are all minutes away! One small note, there is a beer garden nearby, it's rare, but there can be noise. Normally only an issue if you're trying to sleep with the windows open.
