Had an amazing weekend in st Ives thanks to Paul who sent instructions beforehand and upon arrival the place was immaculate. Beds were super comfy my 5 year old even slept in which is VERY unlike him🤣 Great location restaurants are 5⭐️ And the views from the apartment you could watch all day and the beaches are beautiful Would definitely recommend if your looking to book :)

Great apartment, spacious and in amazing updated condition, easily walkable to everywhere and off street parking was a bonus. Flexible check in and friendly supportive host.

Beautiful, spacious and peaceful apartment located within an easy walk to Maenporth beach through the field. Gill is a very well informed and responsive host and the apartment was very well provisioned with all you would need including for self catering with excellent kitchen facilities. Good disabled access into the ground floor flat with a disabled space right outside on a first come first served basis. There is a dedicated parking space too. Maenporth beach is gorgeous I had a fantastic early morning walk down with lovely coffee at beach cafe.

The apartment was so stylish spacious and beautifully furnished. The kitchen and bathrooms were modern and clean and the extras like prosecco and milk in the fridge were a welcoming touch. I also enjoyed the complimentary use of the hotel pool which was only a short stroll away. I look forward to a return visit next time I'm in Falmouth.

We stayed at Zoe's place for three nights as part of a road trip around Devon and Cornwall. The instructions on how to get to the apartment, car parking and gaining entry were first class and check in went smoothly. The apartment is lovely and the view absolutely stunning, looking out over the estuary. Everything was as described and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and there was everything we needed in the apartment. Falmouth is a great town with lots of shops and restaurants easily within walking distance. It's also a good base to travel to other areas of Cornwall. Zoe was a great host and on the odd occasion we had to communicate she was very responsive. Would not hesitate to recommend this property.

We've had a wonderful weekend staying in Niloo's apartment. The space is beautiful and the view over the beach is priceless. Niloo was always helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had and helped us to feel right at home 😊 We'd absolutely recommend staying here and hope to back ourselves in the future

Easy to find. Really good lockated for people walking the coast path. Super easy checkin and checkout. Clean and comfortable room. Would book it always again.

A lovely place to stay with wonderful views over the harbour. Well equipped for nights in if you haven’t been tempted by the vast array of local eateries.

In Falmouth for the Sea Shanty Festival. The apartment is perfectly placed for anything that's happening in the town, close to Event Square, the Maritime Museum, the shops, restaurants and the quays. Brilliant location and super accommodation. Thanks Scott.

A wonderful place to be based, literally minutes from a variety of shops and restaurants and even closer to a great pub. Robert and Katie respond quickly and their apartment has everything you could need for your stay. We certainly hope to be back with them next year.

Travelling as a married couple and a friend, our stay for a few nights at Little Bosthevan was delightful and very good value for money. The apartment on the top floor of Paul and Rachel’s home was clean, modern, spacious, well equipped and delightfully decorated. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms suited us perfectly and this would also be ideal for a family with 2 children. The hamlet of Carlidnack was well located for day tours to the south-western areas of Cornwall, including Falmouth and the Lizard. Paul and Rachel were friendly and helpful, with lots of recommendations of things to do and places to eat. The welcome Cornish Cream Tea waiting for us in the apartment was a thoughtful and delicious touch.

We stay in a lot of properties, and this one is definitely up there with the very best! The apartment is absolutely 5* plus, with every detail carefully thought about. It’s immaculately clean and furnished and equipped to an extremely high standard — everything you could possibly need and more. The views from the balcony are simply stunning, and it’s a lovely, easy 15-minute walk into the centre of town along just one road. A couple of very minor points (and these honestly don't detract from how amazing the place is): the parking space and access drive are quite tight and really best suited for smaller cars, so you might find it easier to park on the road. The WiFi was a little unstable at times — but with good 5G coverage in the area, this wasn’t an issue for us at all. Also, the only thing missing from the otherwise brilliantly equipped kitchen was a microwave. Overall, a remarkable place to stay — we absolutely loved it and would highly recommend it!

The Eyrie is a lovely apartment on two floors, 2 bedrooms below and a kitchen/dining/living room plus roof terrace above. It was perfect for two couples for a long weekend in Falmouth. It has a wonderful light and airy feel, with great views from the living room and the terrace looking down over the town, the harbour and out to sea. The flat was very well appointed and was clean and tidy, the beds were very comfortable and the two bathrooms immaculate. There are quite a lot of stairs to be climbed, so not really suitable for the less mobile.

Lovely hosts, beautiful apartment. We were able to relax and unwind in a nice quiet setting.

We absolutely loved our stay at Mary’s beautiful home. It exceeded our expectations the location was incredible, only a short and beautiful walk into the town. Next to the best beach. Every room was very clean and had everything we needed. Mary was very help helpful and quick to respond to any queries. Would highly recommend. Made a special birthday just perfect.

Stunning apartment, spacious and modern . Very clean. Welcome pack provided and toiletries. Beautiful views across the bay. 5 min walk down to the sea. 10 mins back ( uphill ! ) Lovely balcony to have a glass of wine. Peaceful location. Would thoroughly recommend.

We had the most amazing weather for our stay. Two of us shared the apartment. We discovered various steps to take us to town. The cab to the flat from the station was only £6 and well worth it on the way up! We really enjoyed The Sloop Inn and a restaurant called Silko on the quay St Ives. The best coffee by far was Mount Zion. The flat was really quiet and the beds comfortable. The Spa was really great and the views from the Spa Hotel were great. Lunch there was v tasty and the staff were sympathetic.

We had a fantastic stay here with our dog. Beautiful views and conveniently located to visit many of the stunning surrounding areas. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful apartment , very modern and very clean and very well furnished. Amazing views from both balconies. The estate has wonderful grounds. We enjoyed the pool , sauna , spa , pool tables and table tennis. Fabulous restaurant called the Cove at the entrance to the estate . Food was amazing , staff there were wonderful . The beach opposite the estate was lovely. We would definitely return to Mel's place again . Thank you Mel for the lovely cream tea awaiting us on our arrival . We can highly recommend Mel's place . All in all a wonderful week .

Absolutely beautiful apartment and location. Furniture and decoration wonderful. All instructions and recommendations were brilliant. Great base for travelling around Cornwall and going back to in the evenings. Stunning view and wonderfully clean public areas. The balcony was quite dirty ( not just the fault of the seagulls) and the outdoor furniture tired. Overall we loved it and were sad to leave today. We didn’t need to contact the host at all.

The location and accommodation were both first class. It was great to begin each day with a soak in the hot tub and also when we returned in the evening. We cooked most evenings and the kitchen had all the essentials. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms spotless.
