Holiday rentals with beach access in Falmouth

Alison's kind hospitality & welcoming was excellent & the accommodation was stunning & immaculate. If you like a quiet location it's ideal but travelling across Cornwall is no problem as main rd's are accessible from Helston. Alison gave us some good recommendations for restaurants which we tried & were delighted with.

Had an amazing weekend in st Ives thanks to Paul who sent instructions beforehand and upon arrival the place was immaculate. Beds were super comfy my 5 year old even slept in which is VERY unlike him🤣 Great location restaurants are 5⭐️ And the views from the apartment you could watch all day and the beaches are beautiful Would definitely recommend if your looking to book :)

This was the best place we stayed all holiday. The location is incredible, just steps from Bamaluz beach, with amazing views and the sound of the waves coming right into the house. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching all the dogs playing on the sand, and it was only ten minutes walk to all the main beaches in St Ives. The flat had everything we needed for a comfortable week’s stay. An absolutely perfect base for a beach holiday.

Beautiful, spacious and peaceful apartment located within an easy walk to Maenporth beach through the field. Gill is a very well informed and responsive host and the apartment was very well provisioned with all you would need including for self catering with excellent kitchen facilities. Good disabled access into the ground floor flat with a disabled space right outside on a first come first served basis. There is a dedicated parking space too. Maenporth beach is gorgeous I had a fantastic early morning walk down with lovely coffee at beach cafe.

Great apartment with a lovely outdoor balcony. The bedroom was big enough for a small sofa to sit and watch TV. Great kitchen with loads of knives and cooking equipment. Big fridge freezer which we filled from nearby Asda superstore and smaller coop local. Very close to beach where all the locals go to sit and BBQ and walk their dogs. The beach was clean and water shallow for a long way out so felt very safe. Happy to recommend and would stay again.

From start to finish our stay was absolutely amazing. The view is every bit as good as the pictures. We were there in June and the sun didn’t set until 9.30pm, drinks on the patio were a nightly thing while we watched the tide come in as the sun went down. The apartment is pretty much at the top of a reasonably steep hill, but even with my knee problems I managed to go up 2 or 3 times a day. As you walk up the hill past the Seiners Arms (great pub, good food with beautiful patio). you can see Perranporth Beach in its entirety. Absolutely stunning. The town has everything you need like a Co-Op, Launderette, pubs, restaurant, beach / surf wear shops. Things do shut down earlier than we expected (around 9pm) but it was June so not peak season yet. The apartment is spacious, you come in through the back door into a large kitchen with all the appliances etc that you’d need. 2 bedrooms, a large lounge with TV. I thoroughly recommend this place. Hannah was an exceptional host too.

We had a wonderful weeks stay for our honeymoon in this lovely and peaceful place that felt just like being at home. Cara was fantastic and really helpful and communicative - completely understanding and accommodating when we found out we’d be bringing our newborn along with us too! Location is beautiful and just as described with lots of lovely places to visit whilst staying. Just the perfect stay. Thank you!

Before we had checked out, we had reserved for next year. A superb property, in a beautiful, quiet location, but is just 10 minutes walk away from bars and restaurants. 1 minute walk from a beach, next door to an historic ancient church and absolutely idyllic. Highly recommended.

The Balcony Studio was the perfect getaway. It is a beautifully appointed stone cottage with stunning views overlooking the ocean. The cottage is steeped in history and has been beautifully renovated. It is spread over four half levels - you enter a well appointed kitchen, go down to the very large and unique bathroom, up to the bedroom with sitting area, and up again to a small living room and WC. The layout to the bedroom is very clever, with the bed facing the windows, but far enough back to be completely private when the blinds are up and the windows are open. I loved sitting in the chairs overlooking the water. Even with people walking by under the balcony, it feels very private. The location is fabulous - just steps to restaurants, cafes, shops and galleries of St Ives. The walk from the train was maybe 5-6 minutes. I loved my stay and would highly recommend.

we had a perfect week at Penlerick a beautiful cottage by the sea. it felt like being at home, and we loved this place. perfect setting above the beach, amazing views, sound of the waves was lovely. very comfy bed, everything we needed in the kitchen, lovely decor throughout. we will be back x

A nice place to stay in St Agnes and was walking distance to the beach

We couldn't have wished for a nicer stay. On arrival Mel had left us a welcome basket of goodies, including dog treats for Teddy our cockapoo. We enjoyed spending our evenings on the balcony admiring the amazing view. Her place was perfect for our weekend away, and handy for walking to Porthtowan. The Blues bar and beachside cafe did not disappoint and would recommend a visit to both. We have fallen in love with Mel's place and Porthtowan, and can't wait to come back very soon.

Barbara's house is wonderful. It has a stunning view over Mawgan Porth beach and you can walk down to the beach via the dunes. Sitting on the balcony in the evening enjoying the view is a treat! The house itself is lovely - compact but it has everything you need. Barbara is a very responsive and helpful host. I would very happily stay again!

We had the most amazing stay here. Where do I start! Deborah greeted us on arrival and showed us around, putting us at ease right away. We were blown away by how well presented, clean and homely the house was. But what we loved the most was the beautiful garden with outdoor seating, the bbq which we used every night and the hot tub which was a firm favourite! Especially with my young boys, who spent hours in there! We absolutely loved our stay and looked forward to returning from days out to the beach to relaxing in the peaceful surroundings. We would highly recommend Deborah’s place to anyone looking for high quality, cosy and serene accommodation. Deborah was the perfect host, she is so friendly and respectful and always responded to messages quickly. Thank you so much for such a memorable stay!

Charming stay in Flushing. We had a lovely time at this cozy stay in the heart of Flushing. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and full of character. It’s a short walk to the local pub and ferry to Falmouth, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. The host was responsive and helpful - highly recommended!

We absolutely loved this spot, the location was brilliant, near everything we needed and a short walk to a lovely beach and beach bar. The apartment was very clean and as described, and everything we needed was either obvious or described in the folder very well. We couldn’t have felt more at home and neither could our puppy!

We had a lovely week in Emily & Matt's flat. We liked that you can walk into town but also to Fistral beach & quieter areas. Great views - I enjoyed relaxing, reading in the bay window. I treated myself to swim & breakfast at Headland hotel (special offer).

My daughter and I stayed for a few days and the apartment was perfect. Great location, very close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Apartment was clean, tidy and looked exactly like the photos. View was beautiful! Has everything you would need. Paul was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. We had an amazing few days in St Ives and will definitely be staying at the apartment again in the future.

We were lucky enough to spend seven days in Beth's beautiful apartment. Now we say goodbye with a smile and a tear in our eye. The tear in our eye says "time to say goodbye," even though we don't want to leave just yet. The smile in our eye expresses our enthusiasm for our stay. We received a warm welcome; we lacked nothing. Beth has thought of everything. The apartment is a dream. And so is the view from the terrace. You could spend hours there, unwinding and watching the hustle and bustle on the beach. If you don't know Perranporth, you should definitely visit this little town. But even if you want to come back again, you should let this accommodation convince you. A big thank you to Beth and Mark.

So nice to arrive after a long journey to find the water hot with excellent shower facilities, a welcoming comfortable bed with good quality bedding. We were told it was dog friendly, so we were appreciative to find bowls, towel etc., should you forget. The location was ideal for exploring the North Coast and we made full use of our NT membership. Wonderful dog friendly beaches and eating establishments very accomodating. we particularly enjoyed Godrevy and Holywell Coves. ''Tap House'' in St Agnes is a must , great food reasonably priced , but make sure you book and allow time for parking.

We had a wonderful stay, our second time and I hope we will return soon. Everything was perfect, home from home, and the setting. Thank you so much.

We had a lovely stay at Jo and Stuart’s place. The apartment was pristine, spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed. Everything was of a very high quality. We met Jo and Stuart as we headed out each day, tending their lovely garden. Both were very friendly and welcoming. The apartment was ideally located, close to the town centre and within easy walking distance of restaurants and the beach. We’d definitely recommend staying there.
