The coastal path and Swanpool Lake, a site of Special Scientific Interest is easily accessible. Swanpool Nature Reserve is next to the lane to Dolphins. Falmouth town centre with it's range of individual shops, galleries, restaurants and bars is a twenty minute walk away or if you prefer a short car, bus or taxi ride away.

Coachman’s 2 bedroom Cottage is situated in the grounds of Trenoweth House, a beautiful former vicarage that is in a rural setting 7 miles from Helston. As well as your own private garden, guests also have shared access to the orchard, woodland and swimming lake, all set within just over three acres of land that is enjoyed by all guests that stay here.
