The location is perfect for water sport lovers, blue-flagged Gyllyngvase Beach offers safe swimming waters as well as SUP and Kayak hire.

The coast path is 5 minutes from us and a 10 minute walk will bring you to a secluded beach (via 200 steps). Sit awhile and spot the resident seal patrolling! Accommodation accessed via stairs. The Studio is attached to our home but has its own entrance, parking space & small private deck. Overlooking Porthtowan’s ‘Blue Flag’ award winning sandy beach & surfing destination, the beautiful SW coast path & many amenities are right on the doorstep, so no need to drive anywhere. It is the perfect base for a short break or holiday.

Recently built annexe to our old cottage, on the site of an 1850’s copper crusher mining engine. A labour of love with modern decor and an ethnic style. Self-contained with a wood-burner, garden and woods with a fire pit. A true getaway all year round! Perfect for families and small groups. Dogs welcome. Three miles from the A30 so a great base for exploring Cornwall.

The central location is really convenient for enjoying all Falmouth has to offer. The high street, offering loads of great places to eat, drink and shop, is a short stroll away (5 mins). The beautiful main beach (Gylly) is 10-15 minutes walk. Falmouth Town railway station is just a 5 minute walk too.

Local beaches include Dollar Cove, Church Cove, Poldhu and Kynance Cove.

A stylishly furnished king-sized annex with its own private entrance. The room is at the back of our Victorian townhouse with its own ensuite shower room and private outdoor space. It is located in central Falmouth close to the town centre, beaches, stations and some of the university campus buildings. It is ideal for couples, parents visiting their kids at uni and business travelers. On-street parking is free. Garden sauna available on request Oct-March for £15ph.

TWIN GATES ANNEXE WITH PRIVATE ENTRANCE & PARKING

The annexe is a very spacious room and tastefully furnished, which includes a super king size bed, and en- suite shower room.The annexe has its own private courtyard and off the road parking. We are within easy reach for Falmouth’s shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, and beaches, which are about 20 minutes walk. The only cooking facilities that we have is a microwave, toaster, small fridge, and tea making facilities.
