This unique home has panoramic views of Køge Bay with views of Copenhagen. There is a large private beach and a nice bathing bridge. Private heated pool, which is covered, but which can also be opened. Two good bathrooms, one by the pool. The premises rented in the lower floor are a total of 125 m2 and consist of a large kitchen/living room, two bedrooms, a hallway and a large bathroom. Welcome to our "sommerhus". It is 135m2 and located 700m (10 minutes) from the beach and Marielyst's center. During the renovation, we attached great importance to sustainable materials, Nordic design and a wide range of activities. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, heated pool, outdoor shower, sandpit, playhouse, smart TV, WiFi and activity room with table tennis, table football and a climbing wall. Unique and lovely Danish country summer cottage

Our fantastic cottage house is perfect for a relaxed and extremely cozy holiday in Southern Denmark. The original farm is from 1870 and the main house is from 1957. The house has a real cottage feeling. Situated on a 10.000 sqm big ground there are plenty of room to take a deep breath and relax. The ocean is just 1 km away and we have a wood-fired hot tub in the garden. The house has 130 square meters of living space. Remember to bring your own sheets, linens and towels.

The home is centrally located on West Lolland in a small village where there are quiet surroundings and virtually no noise from traffic. Your good night's sleep is assured without interruptions. The living room is large enough for the whole family to be together, even if the children are playing or drawing at the dining table, there is still room to enjoy a glass of wine on the sofa at the other end of the living room.
