You can get to Larsen's place and the city center in 10 minutes on foot. To the water 5 min. Marielyst has one of Denmark's best beaches. For supermarkets, we have both Netto and Rema, or you can drive to Nykøbing in 15 minutes if you need a big Føtex and a lot of shopping. In 2024, the house got a new wooden terrace of 120 sqm and a buried trampoline.

Through a gate to the left of the house you will reach the terrace and can safely park your bikes in the passage.
