The house is located on a nice large plot with space for garden games and behind the house is a slope with large beech trees. The cottage is located 2.5 km from the very child-friendly Femmøller Strand, and there is a path all the way. The trail continues to the amazing market town of Ebeltoft with good shopping opportunities and adventurous cobblestone streets. 45 minutes from the house is Aarhus and many cultural experiences.

This private residence is located in the midst of the scenic surroundings of Mols Bjerge National Park. It is a sustainable wooden house with a large covered terrace overlooking a small lake, a small beach, and a dinghy that you can row in. The house is located in the ecological housing cooperative Friland with about 100 residents. Here, you can enjoy lovely walks both in Friland and in the local area, where there is a Købmandsgård in Feldballe with a bakery, a grocery store, and a wine and whiskey shop. Bicycles may be used.

The old barn has been recently renovated, the exposed beams and lattice windows show the history of the house. There is walking distance to Feldballe and the eco-village Friland. You can hike towards Mols mountains or quickly be in Ebeltoft, the beach, Djurs summerland or Ree Park by car. The home is ideal for 2-4 people, but extra can sleep in the loft. There is NO TV or WiFi.

The terrace has several cozy dining areas, both covered and outdoors. On warm summer evenings, you can enjoy the sunset, take an evening dip in the sea and end the day under the warm outdoor shower.
