Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ferndale

This place was incredibly adorable, decorated perfectly and also in an incredible neighborhood. This is a place I will bookmark for all my future stays in Detroit. Also, who doesn’t love a coach house? It has all the flavor of historic Detroit, but is also located really close to great coffee, shops, restaurants, and other things to do. We will be back soon..

Lovely place in Detroit. Nearby by many good restaurants and not too far from downtown. The private parking lot was a big bonus for us and the building itself felt really safe knowing how Detroit can be. The apartment looked as in pictures and had any basic needed necessities. The host is good at responding to any questions or giving recommendations. Would definitely come back or recommend it to friends.

Parking in back is tight if you have a larger car. Safe location. The place had all the kitchen amenities needed-a small stove, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker and fridge. I saw an iron and a hairdryer but didn’t need them. The white towels were nice and clean, plus the queen bed was very soft & comfortable. The white sheets were also comfy and clean. The place is dated and has that older studio feel (I chose not to soak in the tub) yet it was very tidy and maintained. The place has character. The area is tree lined, and was quiet and walkable. We did not use the tv. It’s a good value and I would recommend for a short stay and for a business trip it was ideal. Thank you!

I booked Rest Assured for a concert at Ford Field, and I was very happy about how walkable the neighborhood was and how friendly our hosts were. The AirBnB is very conveniently located for any events that you may be trying to go to in downtown Detroit. I had a slight issue with the parking, and thankfully Marcus was very attentive and quick to rectify the situation. Our hosts also provided great recommendations for nearby restaurants! I loved our trip to Detroit and would definitely stay at this location again.

The Phunky Pheasant suite is my go to place to stay when I visit Detroit for work or pleasure. They are extremely hospitable with their snacks l, drinks and delicious homemade cookies. They were even gracious enough to provide their cookie recipe! I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

This place was awesome and Matthew has thought of everything! He was super communicative and checked in throughout the stay to make sure everything was going well. We loved staying here and would stay here again!

Samantha's place was a great home base for our weekend at Movement festival! Close to a grocery store, nice breakfast spots a little bit north of the house, and quiet surroundings. Parking in the back was a nice touch. Well-stocked with coffee, tea and kitchen supplies. Samantha was very responsive to our questions as well. Would stay here again when in the city.

We felt right at home at Michael's house! The location was perfect for exploring all the fun that downtown Ferndale had to offer! We appreciated how clean Michael's home was and all of the fun and diverse decor! Michael communicated every detail we needed to know and was always quick with a friendly response. We hope to stay at Michael's place again!

I had a great stay at this lovely home. Great neighborhood and wonderful backyard! The house was very clean and just as describing. The host was extremely kind and helpful. Great place all around!

Nicole was a wonderful host! Very helpful and responsive. Overall we were happy with our stay. We definitely appreciated the amount of towels specifically that were provided. The WiFi was super fast and was a nice addition.

Roger was a responsive and accommodating host who was willing to work with us to make sure his house would suit the needs of our long term work trip. The house was very nicely appointed and looked either newly built or very recently updated; definitely nicer than many others in the area. Additionally, it’s not too far from some good restaurants, bars, etc. Will definitely look to book this house in the future if ever in the area again.

Fantastic, incredibly accomadating hosts! We were so grateful Giovanni allowed us to have an earlier check in and later check out due to our weird flight schedules. The house itself is well appointed and within walking distance to all Ferndale has to offer. Thanks for a great stay!

The stay was great! The place was easy to find, we were a little behind schedule for the drive but Alan was very flexible. Getting in we had some trouble with the door, but Alan responded immediately and was quickly able to help. The place was very neat and clean. The bed was very comfortable, stairs were very steep but that was very much explained in listing and we had no troubles. The neighbors in the bottom unit were very nice and even offered to move their cars so we could get our luggage in. Overall was an amazing stay and we would definitely book again!

this place was just perfect for spending time in the city. The folks were fabulous and so quick to respond and help. Hope to stay there again

Jeff's place was perfect for a week long stay, I felt very much at home. Location is convenient to downtown. Very clean, the bed and couch were super comfy, had a kitchen stocked enough to cook daily, and included lots of extra towels, blankets and laundry and bathroom supplies. Host was very responsive and I'd book again anytime.

Elainea's condo was a nice size with full kitchen and our stay was peaceful and quiet. Elainea was very responsive to any questions, and I would stay again if in the area!

It's really lovely, peaceful, and tidy. I highly recommended. They are always willing to offer assistance and are really helpful.

This was the perfect spot for our group of 2 couples. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom, a pretty view of the pond and it was close to everything we wanted to do for our stay!

Our stay in the Navy Yard Condo B was great in every respect. The beds and bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was easy to navigate and very well equipped, and the sitting room had nice comfortable furniture. From there and the balcony we enjoyed a great view of the lovely street and river. We parked right beside the Salty Dog restaurant both nights. We walked to No Frills, to the beer store and to dinner one night. The location was perfect. The condo was halfway between our visits to Windsor and to the wineries! Jason was a responsive and attentive host. We'll be back for sure!
