Martina's house is a real treat, very spacious and tastefully furnished, very welcoming there was everything you need for a nice vacation, and our dogs were able to enjoy a large garden Martina and her family were very quick to answer any questions and very friendly The house is in a very quiet area but you can easily reach the city and its surroundings A wonderful experience!

We were really happy with our 4 week stay in Sansepolcro with Eleonora and Giulio. We felt incredibly welcomed and enjoyed the space with our 4 month old baby. There were many recommendations provided and our home away from home was a great location for day trips to neighbouring places like Anghiari, Arezzo, Citta di Castello, Badia Teldalda, Siena, Florence, Pisa, Gubbio and Perugia. Our hosts were incredibly responsive and very accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable with the baby and his first time away. We stayed from mid-March to mid-April and the weather was cool but the heating worked well and was not much of an agreed upon, additional cost per usage. We were able to go for a few walks, enjoy picnics on the lawn and enjoy the greenery. I would recommend staying here.

Thank God there are still people like Elena who cares about the experience. The place was amazing. extremely comfortable. you could not have asked for a better location, right in the middle of the village. Elena was super super helpful with the recommendations, made sure I was comfortable and checked on me. the neighbors spoke perfect English as well. the parking always had space. yes you gotta walk up the hill, but God it's beautiful. Everyone I met in the village was amazing. 10/10 for the appartment and the comfort 10/10 for the food. (I recommend the restaurant in the corner of the plaza, you'll know when you get there) 10/10 for the Experience

Luca and his family were available and present when needed. Excellent, easy and fast check-in and communication. Everything matched the description, but in person, the exterior of the structure and the surrounding landscape, especially in this period, are breathtaking. Area outside the noise of the village but absolutely convenient and easy to reach and convenient for visiting the surroundings. Highly recommended.
