Great little place just for a couple

The outdoor courtyard is especially nice and private ,with a fire pit, grill and comfortable chairs. It is a rustic location easy walking distance to North Shore Beach. If you want an ocean beach you can drive straight south for 20 minutes and reach Smiths Point State Park right on the ocean. The North Fork with its vineyards is a short drive and the Hamptons also only 30 minutes to West Hampton. You can fish, golf, walk among the wooded area and relax in peace. Last house on a private road, parking onsite if available, conveniently located walk to train station, Greenwich Avenue in Greenwich CT to the ferry, Sherman Park for beach access. Travel to New York City in 37 minutes with the Metro-North Express train. We are at one of the highest points on the Greenwich Coastline. You can hear the sounds of life: from church bells ringing, the train to NYC and Rt 95 traffic, NO SMOKING NO parties NO events Sorry NO PETS service animals always welcomed.

I have a professional cleaning company come between all guests. The property is the only house on the street abutting several acres of wooded park land. Get the feeling of nature/privacy similar to being up state NY yet centrally located to Sunken Meadow Parkway, Northern State, LIE. Also near food stores and other essentials. 400 MBPS Internet connection for those who need a reliable internet connection for work! Living room has a pull out queen couch if a 3rd bed is needed.
