Cozy newly renovated year-round house, with partial fjord view and with charger for electric car. The house is located on the north side of Jegindø and is a 10-minute walk down to the fjord. The whole plot is surrounded by trees and with a lawn, so you can sit outside completely undisturbed. The house is 150 m2 and has 2 bedrooms with double beds, the 1st bedroom has a three-quarter bed and two beds along the wall. Nice bathroom with shower and a washing machine. New kitchen combined with a nice living room and with access to dining area.

Klithuset - in beautiful nature with plenty of space

Klithuset is located in northern Thy near Bulbjerg, only 2½ km from the North Sea. The plot is 10,400 m2 in beautiful raw nature with a great distance to neighbors. The perfect setting for peace and relaxation. The cottage is bright and has good views. Dogs are welcome. In a new annex, there are two single beds, but no toilet. Shelter is built into the annex. Guests clean thoroughly upon departure. External cleaning can be ordered. Electricity consumption is paid separately. Heat pump in the house. See my other house: Fjordhuset.

It is 300 meters to the fjord where there are benches so you can sit and enjoy your packed lunch and watch the ships sail by. If you want to come to Aalborg and enjoy the city life, it is 20 minutes by car to the city center. The bathing-friendly beaches are 15 km away and can be enjoyed in all seasons. Here you will find peace, relaxation and plenty of fresh air. The house is located in the countryside with beautiful nature, which invites you to both walks and quiet moments with a good book. If the family also includes a dog, then there is plenty of space for all of you. The house is surrounded by a large garden and lawn, as well as terraces on several sides. In the forest near the house we have built a shelter. The shelter can be used for a short break or an overnight stay in the nature.

The cottage is located on the West Coast within walking distance to the beach, dune plantation and the cozy beach town Tversted. The house - which is year-round insulated is located on a large 3000 m2 of undisturbed land with views of large protected natural areas. The cottage is fenced - with a large area, and you can therefore let your dog run free. NOTE: From May to August, the tent is open and there is therefore the possibility of 8 overnight guests.
