Approx. 60 m² apartment on the 2nd floor (sloping ceilings are to be expected) to relax in the middle of Alt Duvenstedt in the Hüttener Berge Nature Park near the A7. The entire building where the apartment is located consists of two houses with three residential units connected by a former blacksmith. The apartment is in the older part of the building and has its own apartment entrance door. After many excursions on foot, by bike or car (or whatever), it is the ideal retreat.

Our cozy apartment is on the ground floor of a well-kept semi-detached house in a quiet residential estate. The terrace belonging to the apartment overlooking the countryside is used for relaxation. Located on the "great width" of the Schlei, the surroundings invite you to explore. It takes less than 15 minutes to get there on foot. Located in the middle of the beautiful cities of Eckernförde and Schleswig, all possibilities are open to you.

The apartment is centrally located right next to the Treenetal nature reserve and centrally between the North Sea and the Baltic Sea. My place is close to Eckernförde ( 10 km),Schleswig (13 km),the Schlei and the beach. It's a basement apartment with me in the house.You 'll love my place because of the surroundings.My place is good for couples, adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).When taking dogs with me, I charge a final cleaning fee of 10.00 €.I ask you to hand over this fee at the time of key collection or key collection.

Apartment with balcony near the beach

My place is in Eckernförde. It is only about 600 m to the beach. You can be there in 6 minutes. In the evening you can enjoy the sun on the balcony. Both rooms have a dining table and bed (approx. 140 × 200), or a bunk bed and sofa bed. You have the kitchenette and bathroom all to yourselves. Families with big and small children, parents and grandparents will feel comfortable with me.

The apartment is on the 1st floor with separate entrance and has 1 living room (with a sofa bed for 2 people), 2 bedrooms, a travel bed for toddlers, kitchen, shower room and parking space.

In front of the gates of Kiel lies the Marutendorf estate in the middle of the Westensee Nature Park. We can accommodate 2-16 people in 4 (website hidden) on the first floor of the former horse stable with direct access to the courtyard lake. The cozy duplex apartment was furnished in the winter of 2020. It is located just 50 meters from the beach. It is only about 100 meters. So you are right in the middle of the quiet center of the Baltic Sea resort Eckernförde with a free parking space in the Jungfernstieg 108 parking garage.
