The place was as described and we felt very comfortable. Communication with the hosts was very good and they were very friendly and helpful. We will be happy to come back. The village shop in the village is also recommended.

If you’re looking for the most spectacular view, then this is the place! This home is beautiful, large, and comfortable. But the view is the real gem here - waking up and having coffee on the balcony or at the window seat was a phenomenal experience! The hosts were beyond friendly and available for any questions we had. The home is clean and the kitchen was very nice to cook in! I would definitely recommend this home to others!

Simone and her mother Anneliese create an atmosphere with their cordiality from the beginning, in which you feel completely comfortable and welcome. The refrigerator was filled with delicious drinks and Anneliese provided us with homemade cookies and fresh eggs from her chickens. The spacious and cozy apartment left nothing to be desired, the terrace and the well-kept garden were a dream! Our dog was also welcome. We will be happy to come back!

Fantastic apartment(s) in a fantastic location! We were with family and friends at Simone's and had two apartments. Simone is a great, attentive hostess and we had everything we needed. Very well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and in general we all felt very at home right away! We can highly recommend this holiday accommodation! We chose this house based on photos and reviews. But reality exceeded all expectations! The house impresses with the most unusually successful interior solutions and perfectly selected accessories, furniture in the appropriate key, the highest quality of household appliances. Convenience and perfection are the best acceptable words. The hospitality of the hosts, the desire to create maximum comfort and the feeling of unreal peace were highly appreciated by us! Special thanks for the highest 5-star hotel quality class of beds, mattresses, pillows! (I travel a lot and can say this! ) This is the most beautiful house in the entire district with well-groomed trees, flowers, and charming landscape design. A good location - among lakes and forests, fields, colorful nature create an atmosphere of relaxation. 5 minutes to a supermarket, restaurant. 30 minutes to Nuremberg. Highly recommended!!!!

Beautiful spacious accommodation. The room is not super big, but because the weather was very nice, we only sat outside. This is more than made up for by the large kitchen and even larger enclosed garden. Everything was clean and there were many basic products present above expectations. The BBQ is great!

A beautiful and renovated accommodation in the countryside in the middle of Franconia. The house was spacious and offered enough space for our young family of five, with a large, cozy garden for playing, exploring and being creative. A table tennis table and a foosball table provided additional fun for young and old. Everything was neat and clean, we didn't miss anything. The location is very nice and quiet, yet only a short drive from supermarkets, restaurants and excursion destinations. The hosts are super friendly, respond quickly and welcomed us warmly incl. Excursion tips, restaurant recommendations and a sweet surprise!

5 ★ Stay – Perfect Anniversary Retreat We chose Cristina’s place to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! From the moment we arrived, we felt an abundance of good vibes and positive energy throughout the house. The location is wonderfully quiet, surrounded by nature, with plenty of lovely walking paths. The house itself was cozy, spotlessly clean, and felt like a warm hug. It was the ideal serene getaway we were hoping for. With so many interesting places just a 30‑minute drive away, we were able to soak in the region’s charm—Veste Coburg, the impressive fortress known as the "Franconian Crown," is a must-see. Cristina was truly a perfect host: proactive, always available, and a pleasure to communicate with. Her thoughtful touches and responsiveness made our stay effortless and enjoyable. We highly recommend this lovely retreat to anyone seeking peace, charm, and access to the gems of Franconia. We’re already hoping to stay here again.

We met there for a family weekend. Since we had a small child with us, we especially liked the many toys available there - magical things. We had a lot of space and the dining table is really a communicative meeting place. - And suddenly you don't miss a TV and play with the beautiful social games available there. Unfortunately, we had bad luck with the weather, otherwise we would have loved to use the seats on the terraces. Everything is just very nicely designed. The modern, spacious bathrooms on both floors are also great. Thank you for everything.

The apartment was very nice, everything quite new, modern bathroom and kitchen. Perfect for a stay for two.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment. It is huge and lovingly furnished, everything is available and sparkling clean. Philipp personally welcomed us, showed us everything and explained. In the summer temperatures, we enjoyed the coolness in the apartment and the shady seating area outside. We will be happy to come back.

Lisa is a very friendly host, thanks to the exact instructions on the page you knew immediately where to go and the check-in was also very easy. The apartment is incredibly family-friendly and the children immediately felt comfortable. Lisa really thinks of everything, whether high-quality children's toys, children's bed linen, toilet seat, children's chairs or even her own shampoo in the shower. We were really thrilled and would come back immediately!

We rented the place for the parents-in-law. Calm and clean appartment with a beautiful view, grocery shopping is possible in the neighbourhood, public transport is easily accessible and brings you directly to the city. Michael was super friendly and reactive. We definitely would recommend his place.

The apartment "Wonka" in the basement of the house is very beautiful! The house sits on the edge of the forest and is therefore very quiet. There is everything you need. Kettle,coffee maker toaster etc. If necessary, even a washing machine. Everything was sparkling clean prepared for us. A beautiful farm and Playmobil Fun Park are just around the corner on foot or by car. It is also not far to the city center. We had wonderful days here with our daughter and were always looking forward to the beautiful apartment after long excursions. The hostess was very friendly and the communication was very easy. We thank you for the great stay and can only recommend the apartment.

Beautiful large apartment and great hosts. We were able to use the beautiful and well-maintained garden in wonderful weather, which was the highlight for our two-year-old son. Ralf was super friendly, accommodating and flexible and also his parents very friendly, helpful and gave our son a lot of fun and joy. All in all, a great experience and an unreserved recommendation. The apartment has everything you need and we were proactively offered to simply ask if we were missing something for cooking, etc. Thank you very much and we would be happy to come back anytime!
