Tutto perfetto, dall’arrivo con ottima accoglienza fino al check out. Tutti i servizi descritti erano presenti nell’appartamento e la comunicazione con l’host è stata semplice ed efficace. Consigliatissimo.

L'alloggio è ampio e recentemente ristrutturato. Utensili, mobili e elettrodomestici nuovi. Struttura arredata con gusto. La posizione è ottima: a due passi dal mare e fornita da tanti negozi e servizi.

My husband, two kids and I had a wonderful stay in Sperlonga! We were able to check in early and was met by Eduardo, who showed us the apartment and gave us tips about restaurants and what to see. The apartment was very clean and cozy, more than big enough for four persons, and aircon and wifi worked perfectly. The locations of the apartment is great! One minute walk to the beautiful beach, cafes, restaurants and grocery store, and a short walk to the old town. We definitely want to come back!

Przyjechaliśmy na 11 dni z dwójką malutkich dzieci. Davide był bardzo pomocny w każdej sprawie, w której zwróciliśmy się do niego pomimo, że nie przebywa na miejscu. Bardzo pomocny był jego tato. Przywiózł i odwiózł nas na dworzec. Jeżeli chodzi o lokalizację jest to spokojna okolica oddalona od centrum około 5 km. Na miejscu jest sklep spożywczy oraz bary i pizzerie. Do najbliższego sieciowego Conada około 2 km. Na plażę z dziećmi malutkimi szliśmy około 5 minut. Każdemu polecam tę lokalizację.

We had such a wonderful stay at Anna’s little seaside flat. The views were wonderful and just a few minutes walk down to the beach. Loved the eclectic artsy vibe of the flat. Anna was so helpful with providing us with restaurants that had gluten-free foods. Truly a place that we would enjoy again on our next trip to Gaeta.

La casa è molto carina ed è in parco privato , ho trovato nella casa tutto quello di cui avevo bisogno. La cosa più bella è la posizione a pochi metri dalla spiaggia, sono addirittura previsti due sdraio con ombrellone, fantastico !! Alla fine del parco privato , puoi trovare un negozio di alimentari e tabaccaio , potresti anche non prendere più la macchina , hai tutto quello che ti serve , pieno relax ! A presto Elisabetta

Giovanni & Paolo were incredible hosts. The apartment was perfect for what we needed including some much appreciated Air Conditioning. Would definitely stay again.

l'appartamento di Dina è incantevole, comodo e pulitissimo in posizione perfetta a Terracina per andare la mare a piedi ma anche per vivere la movida della città. Dina è stata disponibile e attenta alle nostre esigenze, consigliatissimo. Unica cosa che mi sento di segnalare, non come un difetto dell'appartamento, è la presenza di scale per raggiungere la casa. lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque voglia vivere Terracina al meglio!

Der Aufenthalt bei Costantino war sehr gelungen, das Haus ist gepflegt, die Zimmer gemütlich, die Bäder schön und sauber, die Veranda sehr schön, die Außenküche mit allem ausgestattet was man zum Kochen braucht. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen etc. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, der Aufenthalt war sehr gelungen, der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer Costantino problemlos. Der Eigentümer war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, wir können einen Aufenthalt bei Costantino wärmstens empfehlen!!👌

This is the most beautiful place we have stayed in Italy. The view is breathtaking and the host was lovely. The stars at night were our favourite part. We stayed up till late to see the stars and woke up early to watch the sunrise. It is absolutely stunning! Highly recommend staying here!

È stato un piacere soggiornare nuovamente da Marco. La casa è stata ristrutturata da poco (pavimenti, infissi, bagni), pulita, ha ogni comfort, molto funzionale, è pensata per ogni esigenza. Perfetta per la nostra famiglia con bambini e nonni, ognuno ha il proprio spazio. Molto vicina al mare (pulito e con uno stabilimento attrezzato ed efficiente), offre la piscina nel residence, comoda per i bambini. Wifi perfettamente funzionante per lavorare in smartworking. Marco è sempre disponibile e accogliente, pronto per ogni piccola esigenza che abbiamo avuto. Una bellissima vacanza!

An excellent villa and a wonderful host, so helpful and kind. Highly recommend the area and the place. The pool was great and made for many a relaxing day after adventures in Rome, which was a train journey away. Lots of great local restaurants where everyone was very kind and gave us lots of food and wine recommendations. Would love to return again one day.

The place was as shown in the pictures. Private courtyard for our car, and private gateway to the beach-street. Only remarks as an avid home cook, the pans&kithenware could have been updated, and the barbeque outside could maybe be replaced. There were lots and lots of toys our 3-year old enjoyed and loved so much. I can highly recommend Salvatores place for families. The walk to formia centre was doable.

Ciò che si apprezza di più di questa location è la pace e la tranquillità del luogo, proprio sulle rive del lago, aprendo la finestra, si ha vista diretta sul tramonto e sulle acque tranquille del Lago di Paola e potersi rilassare a fine giornata nel proprio giardino a ridosso della riva è un’esperienza rara. È inoltre a 5 min di macchina dal centro città e dalla spiaggia, permettendo di godere di mare e lago in una stessa vacanza. È stato un piacere conoscere Michele e Clarissa, premurosi e gentili, che abitano lì in zona e presenti per ogni evenienza, hanno la capacità di farti sentire non un semplice ospite ma parte della famiglia, pur garantendo totale autonomia, indipendenza e privacy, mix ideale tra consapevolezza di avere supporto per consigli su luoghi, ristoranti e attrazioni e sensazione di libertà e ritrovo con se stessi. Perfetto per un soggiorno di coppia o di famiglia. Noi siamo stati lì in coppia con due bimbi piccoli che hanno goduto dello spazio esterno del giardino. Ci siamo trovati talmente bene che alla fine abbiamo deciso di rimanere addirittura una notte in più! Torneremo sicuramente.

We had a great stay. We worked remotely for a few days. The WiFi and the roof terrace were perfect for that. Less then 10 minute walk to the beach. Constantino was flexible in arrival and departure and communicated clearly in English.

Siamo state la prima volta a Gaeta è ci è piaciuta molto stare all'appartamento di Antonio. È molto pulito ed è molto facile trovare tutto che si serve nell'appartamento e nell'area. A piedi si può andare in spiaggia tra 10 minuti e anche meno al centro storico. Era facile fare il check-in e check-out e siamo molto contente di aver scelto di stare qui per il nostro tempo a Gaeta!

Simonetta è una persona veramente cordiale e molto attenta, sempre reperibile e disponibile. Nell'appartamento non manca niente, è fornito di tutto, letti e cuscini comodi. Ci si sente a casa. La spiaggia si trova a meno di 5 minuti a piedi e vicino a tutti i servizi. Posto auto nel condominio. Cosa volere di più!!!

We had a wonderful stay in Formia at Gisella’s house. The apartment is beachfront and the terrace is big and has a great view to the sea. The local people in the community and at the beach were very friendly and sweet. They invited us to taste different local food and to join a name day-party, at the beach. The local children played with our children. Every day they played football at the beach or handball or volleyball in the water. Our children age 4, 9 and 11 had a great time. We felt very welcome. The neighbor town “Gaeta” is beautiful and we were there several times. We can recommend to rent electric kick scooters with the app “Reby”. With them, the children suddenly loved sightseeing. Gisella was a perfect host. She sent many recommendations and was very sweet and helpful with everything we needed. We can definitely recommend Domus Hormiae to others.

Wow! A stunning condo in a stunning location. The unit is surrounded by many fantastic restaurants , shops, and other amenities. The beach was gorgeous, and the hosts were very helpful with recommendations. We hope to return soon! Note: there are a lot of steps required to access the unit and beach. If you have trouble walking or climbing stairs, might not be a great option for you. We loved this part, too, though!

L’appartamento ha un’energia ed un fascino fuori dal comune. La vista sul mare é sfarzosa. Ci si sente a casa, circondati da tanta bellezza. Luca é un host d’eccezione, presente e proattivo. Il luogo ideale per rigenerarsi.

Everything you could want from a place. Perfect location right in the heart of Sperlonga, whilst also perched perfectly above the Sperlonga roofs, beach and sea. To top it off, Benedetto was incredibly accommodating- even picking us up and dropping us off at the train station. We did not want to leave!

The four of us stayed at Giovanni’s apartment for 5 days. The apartment is very comfortable. Two rooms, two bathrooms and a roomy kitchen/living room space. It takes three minutes to reach the beach, which we did every day. The center of the city is 5 minutes away which is very convenient. Giovanni and his spouse are very kind and provided us with useful tips about what we could do in the area which we followed. They also took the time to talk about life in general which we found really enjoyable. We felt at home right away and would go back anytime.
