Apartment holiday rentals in Forte dei Marmi

We had a wonderful time in Pietrasanta and the apartment was perfect. Very clean and everything that we needed was there. Andrea was a very nice host. Food and drinks in the fridge when we arrived was very nice since we arrived in the late evening and the supermarket was closed. It was our first time in Pietrasanta and we liked the place very much. Very quiet and not too much people. We wold like to come back to Pietrasanta and stay in this apartment.

Es hat uns sehr gefallen und war alles gut. Konnte gut schlafen. Alles war zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr modernes und smartes Haus. Aus eigene Erfahrung bei vielen Airbnbs die ich gebucht habe, empfehle ich Deborah einige Gewürzte wie Salz, Pfeffer und etc. und noch einige Waschmittel für die Geschirre für paar Tage als Notfall lassen. Wohnzimmer top ausgestattet. Was aber noch gut wäre, ist ein Salontisch vor dem Sofa, wo sehr nutzbar ist. Ansonsten alles okay und tip top wie die Bilder. Danke Deborah.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Barga! Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral in Barga gelegen mit vielen tollen Restaurants in der Nähe, das war super! Eleonora war immer gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist stilvoll und schön eingerichtet. Gerne wieder :)

Stefania è stata gentilissima e super disponibile. Abbiamo avuto un problema con una bicicletta e ce l’ha sostituita subito. Tutto perfetto, appartamento in ordine e pulito, non proprio centrale ma facilmente raggiungibile con le biciclette. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Ho soggiornato solo per una notte ma posso dire che l’alloggio sia meraviglioso, pulito e la cucina è attrezzatissima anche se non abbiamo avuto bisogno di utilizzarla. Inoltre il parcheggio in garage è una comodità non da poco. Il check-in è stato semplice, veloce e la comunicazione con Benedetta è stata ottima, disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Il nostro soggiorno è stato perfetto, inoltre quando siamo arrivati era già stato acceso il riscaldamento, gesto gentile e non passato inosservato. Grazie di tutto e se passeró in zona sarà un piacere tornare.

Wir haben 4 tolle Tage in Pietrasanta verbracht und die Wohnung war ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt dafür. Sie ist sehr schön eingerichtet, geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die zentrale Lage ist ideal – man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss bei zahlreichen Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir empfehlen die Parkplätze bei Piazza Statuto, hat genügend Plätze, ist sauber und Videoüberwacht. Mit der EasyPark-App konnten wir ausserdem bei den Parkgebühren einiges sparen. Die Wohnung ist etwas hellhörig, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen. Wenn man aus dem Haus kommt, befindet sich direkt die Schoppingstrasse und diverse Bars und Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist schön und gemütlich. Die Einrichtung ist praktisch eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht. Benedetta hat immer superschnell reagiert und war eine freundliche Gastgeberin. Auch hat sie uns ein Kinderbett bereitgestellt. Wir werden wieder kommen. Herzlichen Dank.

Giulia’s place was perfect for us. 15 walk from the train station and 15 walk to the tower. Giulia sent us a list of restaurants recommendations and different activities to do whilst we were there. She even stopped by to check how we were getting on. Only thing is there is quite a lot of noise from above but this was mentioned in the booking so was to be expected. Would definitely stay here again!

L’emplacement à côté de la gare est idéal pour faire la visite des Cinque Terre ainsi que pour visiter à pied La Spezia. L’appartement est ultra propre et la terrasse est la vraie vedette de ce logement. Quel plaisir de manger dehors matin, midi et soir. Merci à Carla et à son mari qui sont ont aidé avec nos valises et les poussettes à notre arrivée et à notre départ pour la gare.

Great apartment in a great location with lots of space. Easy to check in and out

L’appartement de Luca est très bien situé, à moins de 10 min à pied de la gare tout en étant dans un joli quartier près de la rue piétonne. Luca est très réactif pour répondre aux messages et arrangeant. L’appartement est agréable. Le matelas de la grande chambre est assez ferme. Ceux de la petite chambre et du canapé sont parfaits. Le salon est petit mais nous n’étions jamais là la journée. Idéal pour profiter des Cinque Terre !

Luca's place helped us relax and refresh in the middle of our two week trip. we were able to wash our clothes and take a shower in a larger than the mini showers we were using in other places along the way. Luca is extremely helpful and responsive. I want to thank you very much for the great place Luca!

Appartement très agréable et très bien situé, avec le charme d'un petit balcon. Adriana nous a accueillies en personne et nous a donné plein de bons conseils. Séjour réussi !

A very nice apartment in a great location to walk around and enjoy the city. We had a really nice time in Pisa, and this was a perfect base from which to explore.

Emplacement idéal dans la vieille ville touristique et proche de la tour. Niché dans un vieil immeuble typique de la vieille ville, ce 2 pièces a été rénové en gardant le style local. On apprécie la grande hauteur sous plafond, la grande chambre, les beaux matériaux de rénovation comme ces portes en bois massif , les encadrures de porte laissées rondes comme à l'origine avec un vitrail pour jointer avec la porte, la cuisine très bien équipée et le jardin mignon avec terrasse et tonnelle en chèvrefeuille pour manger à l'ombre. Enfin, la touche "style industrie" avec les poutres en acier se marie bien avec l'ensemble. Bravo Lucas pour cette belle restauration ! Tout commerce et restaurants à 2 pas. Rue très peu passante et fenêtre double vitrage bien isolante. Enfin, Lucas est très prévenant pour tout expliquer.

La casa è davvero stupenda, curata nei dettagli e con uno stile unico che la rende memorabile. Joke, che si occupa del check-in, è stata molto gentile e disponibile, anche se la procedura è risultata un po' lunga e richiede un po’ di pazienza. Le camere sono un po' buie, e c’è una zona che somiglia più a un deposito che a uno spazio ben integrato con il resto dell’alloggio — un piccolo stacco in un contesto altrimenti molto curato. A parte questo, tutto è meraviglioso: ambienti accoglienti, atmosfera rilassante e grande attenzione ai particolari. Il prezzo è alto, in linea con la media della zona, considerando lo stile e la qualità dell’esperienza.

Vi hade ett par fantastiska dagar uppe i bergen på Cima alla Serra. Vi satt varje kväll på terrassen och njöt av utsikten och lugnet, och på dagarna kunde man ta det lugnt vid poolen som var fantastisk. Giovanna och personalen på plats var väldigt hjälpsamma och vi är så glada över vår vistelse. Trots att det ligger relativt nära Pisa bör man ha bil vilket vi blev rekommenderade. Vi hoppas få möjligheten att komma tillbaka igen! Tack för ett par trevliga dagar :)

Fijne plek als uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen. Mooie heuvel achtige omgeving. Dorpje Pietresantra verrassend leuk! Bedden een beetje zachter dan wij zelf fijn vinden en de aanrijd route met een lage auto was uitdagend, maar verder een fijn appartement!! Fijne communicatie met Fulvia.

This place was amazing! We had the best relaxed holiday at Nicola’s apartment. Everything was perfect. Absolutely everything you would need was provided and the plunge pool , upstairs kitchen on the fantastic roof terrace was just brilliant. We spent 3 relaxing days there popping in and out of the pool. Nicola was an amazing host, he checked in to see how we were doing, gave us recommendations of restaurants in the area. He went above and beyond by picking us up at the station on arrival and taking us back at the end of our holiday. The apartment is exactly as the photos show however better with high quality furnishings and comfortable bed. Nicola has thought of everything to make your stay a home from home with extras like the pool. Thank you for a brilliant stay . We will be back.

Gemütliche Wohnung mit toller Terrasse und Pool, von dem man eine wunderbare Aussicht auf die Natur und das Meer hat. Die Straße zur Wohnung ist zwar abenteuerlich, aber befahrbar. Dafür ist die Gegend sehr ruhig und um die Wohnung herum ist Natur. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und immer erreichbar. Hier würde ich definitiv auch noch einen zweiten Urlaub verbringen!

Attico davvero insolito!!!! Posizione comoda, molti bar e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. La vista dal balcone è spettacolare, si può ammirare il tramonto in modo splendido. L'interno dell'attico è molto suggestivo, ci sono molte cose interessanti e perfino un giradischi (si possono ascoltare i Beatles, dischi e molti altri artisti famosi). L'ascensore arriva direttamente all'attico, è molto comodo!!!

An absolutely stunning place! Despite all the glowing reviews, they can’t fully capture the experience of staying here. From the moment you arrive, it feels like stepping into a luxurious estate. The grounds and pool are breathtaking, offering a serene and relaxing escape. If you're looking for peace and tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of Lucca and Pisa, this is the perfect place to unwind. The hosts were exceptional, with great communication throughout our stay. Do not hesitate to stay here, can't wait to return soon! Thanks Viola!

Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt bei Davide und seiner Familie. Dadurch, dass unsere Kinder im ähnlichen Alter waren (unsere 3+5 und Davides 6+8) hatten wir sogar ganz tolle Spielpartner. Der Pool hatte eine tolle Größe, das Trampolin und auch das Spielhaus und Laufrad wurden gerne genutzt. Die Wohnung im Keller war etwas niedrig, was bei der Dusche etwas schwieriger war, aber das hat nicht weiter gestört. die Küche war super ausgestattet. Die Lage nahe am Strand und an der Autobahn war toll um die ganze Umgebung zu erkunden (La Spezia, Pisa, Lucca, Quicksilver Mine, Aquarium, Zoo, Naturhistorisches Museum, Weingut Luna,...). Davide und seine Frau Sonia haben uns auch super Tipps gegeben und waren immer hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für alles!!!
