In addition to an approx. 25 square meter room, it has a separate entrance, with hallway and shower room and a small cooking facility. From the apartment you have a beautiful view of Lake Schwielochsee. In the large garden there is a separate cozy sitting area & sun lounger and the jetty at the natural lake invites you to fish, sunbathe and romantic sunsets.

The 1 room apartment is located on the second floor of a completely renovated old building. The road is relatively quiet and has little traffic. Free parking is no problem at all, furthermore, I have a secured private parking in the backyard. The amenities of the apartment is very good. I rent this room of my house in a quiet location with sleeping places for an individual. The sofa bed is 140 cm wide. We share the kitchen and bathroom. My house is about 15 minutes' walk from Zeuthen S-Bahn station. From there you can get to the city center of Berlin in about 45 minutes by train.
