Hiking in the nature park, cycling, reading in the hammock, grilling, relaxing, cooking together, sitting by the campfire or working in peace - all this is possible here.

This beautiful little house is at times my working studio and at times it gives place to artists or non-artists who are looking for a quiet place to work or a quiet place to draw back or to come back to in the evening! Public transportation is great and in walking distance. Coming out of the quiet backyard, the streets are very lifely.

The space is commercially registered and therefore not subject to Berlin’s housing conversion ban. The Berlin City Tax (7.5%) is listed separately and included in the final price. The Dorotheenhouse is a little cottage in the heart of the Spreewald. This home is a place that we also use with friends and family, and we cherish it with all our heart. We are not in the apartment rental business and this is the only home we have. While it is not a hotel, you will find many personal touches and live in a very much personalized home.
