The apartment is very quiet and is barrier-free, has bed linens and towels. Pets by arrangement. Just around the corner are Homberg (Efze) with the Hohenburg, the cathedral town of Fritzlar, the Edersee, the Singliser See, the Silbersee and many other beautiful lakes and nature reserves. Our 120 sqm apartment is located in a 4500 sqm garden, surrounded by nature, between Burg and Kellerwald. The garden was laid out by a landscape gardener 30 years ago. Here you can find peace and relaxation or take beautiful excursions to Marburg or the nearby Edersee. The lake offers a variety of business opportunities. You are also welcome to start tours with our bicycles or hike and relax in our sauna in the evening.

Family Waldkauz's guest house in the middle of the forest

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.
