L-shaped house in a wonderful town on the outskirts of Österlen. Peaceful place with open fields as a neighbor. The house is open up to the ridge. In summer, there is a swimming pool and in winter, there are two stoves, a wood-fired sauna and a wood-fired hot tub. Barbecue area, parking, large green area and close to the forest and countryside. Open space on the bottom floor with living room and kitchen. Toilet, bathroom and 5 bedrooms on the bottom floor. 3 open mezzanine floors with flying stairs to 3 bedrooms. These mezzanine rooms are open without doors or railings.

In Ry, on the threshold of Österlen, you will find this simple but charming guest house in a fantastic location surrounded by pastures and deciduous forest. The guest house has 2 beds and a small kitchenette with a dining area, fridge (freezer), microwave, coffee maker, kettle, glass & porcelain and a charcoal grill. Toilet and shower are located in our house and shared with the host family. You can reach the bathroom via a private entrance in close proximity to the guest house. Bed linens, towels, dishwashing and final cleaning are included in the cleaning fee

Fastigheten består av en huvudstuga och mindre spa-stuga med tillhörande stenlagd grillplats och spabad. Skärmtak och spalje runt grillplatsen och spabadet och stort trädäck runt omkring. Idylliskt skogsmiljö mitt i Skåne nära Ringsjön med obegränsade möjligheter för fiske, vandring, frisk luft, bad, utflykt och avkoppling.

Du har också väldigt nära till Österlen och sydkusten med sol och bad. I vårt närområde finns vandringsleder, golfbanor,cafeer,restauranger,dresincyckling,mountainbike slinger och andra spännande utflyktsmås.

Fantastic accommodation in the heart of Kåseberga. This house was originally the old fire station that used to be in the village, but has since been carefully renovated and retained its charm with the raw stone walls, ceiling beams and beautiful stone floors. A short walk will take you down to the charming old fishing village in the harbor. There is a smokehouse, restaurants, shops, café and ice cream kiosk. We want to welcome you our dear home called Församlingshemmet in Fågeltofta, Österlen. This is a place to relax, enjoy, cook some nice food and hang out with your family or friends. We believe this is the perfect spot for two couples, a family of four or a couple of friends wanting to spend time together. The space is divided into two unique apartments with one queensize bed and one king size bed, both with double duvet. The interior is inspired from our travels around world.

Stugan har ett sovloft, sovrum, modernt badrum och ett mysigt vardagsrum med en öppen spis för kvällar framför brasan. Elbilsladdstation på parkeringen✅ Rekommenderat för par / familjer. Fester ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna efter 21.00.

In summer you can pick pears, apples & plums and also berries close to the pasture. 🐴 Horses graze nearby. If you are interested, we may be able to arrange simple horse activities- please ask us in advance. 🚿 Bathroom is in the white house, reached by a short path behind the house and through the hedge. The path is a bit rustic.
