Holiday rentals with a patio in Fruitland

We really enjoyed our weekend stay here. The home was clean, modern, and peaceful. We loved sitting on the back deck facing the woods. Very nice neighborhood and a great way to get a true Asheville experience. Highly recommend!

The place was great, even though it was a very quick stay. The mattresses were very comfortable, place was clean & inviting. My wife really admired their garden and has now decided we are adding a butterfly garden to our farmstead. We would def stay again.

Peaceful, comfortable, clean apartment within a ten-minute walk to downtown Asheville. In a beautiful historic neighborhood with interesting homes and big trees. Parking on site and self check-in was easy. The neighborhood felt safe and the apartment was quiet (even on a holiday weekend). Great locally owned restaurants, coffee shops, and major grocery stores within walking distance. One of my best Airbnb experiences yet.

Beautiful and peaceful place to relax and get away from everything but close to Asheville and other areas I wanted to visit. Very well put together and thought out. I enjoyed the swing on the back porch in the mornings. The spa like bathroom is also very relaxing. For this trip, I was on my own and appreciated that there was a secluded feeling but the owners were above and available if needed. Everything I needed for a peaceful get away was provided. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Perfect little spot in West Asheville, close to all the bars and restaurants. The covered patio hot tub is a real bonus feature. Greatly enjoyed our stay here at this property.

The garden cottage was clean, comfortable and quiet. The perfect place for a little getaway. I loved watching the beautiful chickens in the yard. Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Susan’s Airbnb! The space was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. Every little detail had been thoughtfully prepared to make us feel right at home—from the comfortable bed to the well-stocked kitchen and peaceful surroundings. I wish there were a rating higher than five stars to offer for The Spanish Studio and hosts Michelle and Esteve. This home away from home is beautifully furnished and decorated, and is squeaky clean. There are thoughtful touches throughout the space, and everything one could possibly need has been provided. The location is ideal for anyone needing to be in or near Black Mountain, Montreat, or Asheville, and the outside space is inviting and practical. Michelle and Esteve are kind and hospitable, and are model hosts.

Great place to stay for a quick weekend in Asheville!

Wow, what a great weekend! We will definitely be back. Clean rooms, gorgeous/surroundings, and a wonderful space that felt like home. Just a wonderful weekend and this air bnb topped it off with a cherry!

Clean, comfortable home that is conveniently located near our extended family. Lois clearly put thought into the setup, because the house was well stocked with everything we needed.

This place was perfect! We felt so comfortable and relaxed. It smelled good, looked good and was really clean! The hot tub was easy to use and we took advantage each night the weather allowed. We didn’t want to leave and will absolutely stay again! Graham was very responsive and helpful. We had not a single thing we didn’t like or wished was different. If I could give it 100 stars I would. Oh yes, easy storage to unpack and “live” here for a week!

My wife and I were visiting Hendersonville for a wedding and this home was perfect for what we needed. The entire property was beautiful and peaceful. The home and yard was very pet friendly which was perfect for us and our dog. Anna was responsive, accommodating, and communicated well. No walkable locations but we were close by to other friends/wedding guests, restaurants, breweries only a couple minutes drive. Also, Asheville was just a short drive away as well. This home had everything we needed (minus an iron which was no big deal since we brought our own steamer) My wife and I would recommend this home to anyone staying in the area and would definitely return with our kids in the future.

The pictures did not do this house justice! The house not only was amazingly comfortable, it had lots of extras. It had everything we needed. We came to stay for my Granddaughters Wedding at Pretty Place Chapel. We absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous home and we will be coming back to stay. Pristine and peaceful. So nice to stay in brand new space with so many details and high-end comforts. Backyard view was perfect morning and night. Morning sun with all the birds chirping and even a distant rooster was ideal on the back porch. Appreciated being out of cramped feeling of Asheville yet so close. Extremely comfortable bed and sofa bed. I typically do not like ground level and pay extra to be on top floor: however, I was not bothered at all. Barely heard anything the whole stay. House is so well designed and tall ceilings made me forget someone was even above us. I could not be more pleased with our entire stay.

Nice place. Would stay again. Can’t wait for the area to recover. But while they are working hard there is still a lot to enjoy!

Great location! It was practically across the street from Asheville Yards. Will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in town for a concert.

Lovely well-equipped condo in a beautiful area of the North Carolina mountains. The three levels were perfect for the four adults and two children in our party. Very quiet and peaceful with great scenery.

Tanja’s garden cottage was nothing short of amazing! She reached out with check in instructions well before my time to check in and even reached out to make sure I got in ok. The cottage was about 10 minutes from town which was nice. Her instructions on how things worked were very helpful and she even left some snacks out for me to have. The bed was also very comfy!

Amazing ! Wonderful! One of the best Abb’s we’ve had the pleasure of staying at . We can’t wait to go back !
