we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! The lovingly furnished wooden house offers plenty of space for friends & family of 130 sq m. Away from the tourist hotspots, you can find peace & quiet in nature, on walks through the Bodden landscape, sunbathing on the terrace, cosily in front of the fireplace, with a view over the wide field where deer and cranes say good morning to each other. The nearest hotspots for water sports enthusiasts are just a few minutes away, the beautiful Baltic Sea beaches are 25 min away. Dogs are very welcome.

Unsere liebevoll eingerichtete reetgedeckte Doppelhaushälfte befindet sich in Neuendorf-Heide, einem kleinen Dorf am Saaler Bodden zwischen den Hansestädten Rostock und Stralsund. Die ehemalige Bauernkate, 1850 erbaut, bietet mit seinen 125 qm Wohnfläche und 1000 qm Grundstück Platz für 5 Personen. Die 3 Etagen des Cottages und der 3 geteilte Garten bieten Raum für Gemeinsamkeit, aber auch Rückzugsmöglichkeiten zum Entspannen. Ein Tag am Strand endet mit der Freude auf ein gemütliches Zuhause.

The Graukranich 41 vacation home is located in Fuhlendorf in a quiet location away from the main road. It is located in a naturally designed environment with typical local plants and traditional field stone walls. In the neighboring village of Bodstedt there is a traditional lagoon harbor, which is the home port for numerous sea boats for sailing and from which the lagoon ferry calls at several ports. Here you will also find quaint restaurants with freshly caught fish and regional delicacies.

Look forward to TV, Internet radio, DVD player with 60 films, Playstation 3, foosball, darts, adjacent coin sauna with shower and toilet.

"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

-Winter break from December 22, 25-April 5, 26- The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with dilapidated charm for 2 people located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. I acquired the manor house in Kobrow in 2011 with the aim of reviving a small piece of our country's cultural heritage and thereby preserving it. The parking space belonging to the apartment is located directly at the house and is available to you free of charge.

The living area shines with an open living concept and invites you to linger. The existing bathroom is of high quality. The quiet surroundings, the sun terrace with barbecue, invite you to relax. My place is right behind the dune of the Baltic Sea beach of Juliusruh. You'll love my place because of the proximity to the beach, the sea view from the balcony, Wi-Fi, sauna, washing machine and dryer in the house. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families and furry friends (dogs) are also welcome.
