A one minute walk brings you to the tram station, which connects you directly to the historical city center by only 8 stops (no changing trains). The apartment is right next to a park so there's hardly any traffic. The whole building is brand-new (construction work finalized in January 2022). It has a private 19m2 terrace with comfy lounge furniture, accessible from the bed- & living room.

The U4-Subway-station "Untere St. Veit" is just a 5 min walk from the apartment and the U4 gets you within 15 min to the city center "Karls Platz - Opera" and to the Palais "Schönbrunn" in less then 5 min. The Tram "52" station "Gruschaplatz" is right in-front of the building and it gets you to the famous shopping street "Mariahilfer Strasse" in less than 15 min.

Become a guest in our family house built in 1684. The building is over 300 years old, the flat has been adapted to the latest standards, air conditioning included. The underground is 8 minutes walk away, the nearest tram 1 minute walk. The flat has its own entrance directly from the private courtyard. A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.

Our cozy cottage from the 1960s has been completely renovated and lovingly furnished. It is idyllically nestled in a small settlement near the Vienna Woods and is easily accessible by bus line 52A, which runs every quarter of an hour from Vienna Hütteldorf (U4, rapid transit train, ÖBB). The house has 3 bedrooms with large double beds, a living room, a kitchen with dining area and a fully renovated bathroom with large shower.

The bright and very quiet apartment is located in the attic of a villa. Accessed via a private staircase, an anteroom with kitchen, a large living room ( dining table, corner couch and TV), three separate bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet, all on one level, are available. There are many cozy places to relax in the 2000m2 fully fenced garden. From May to October you can use the pool,which is heated by solar collectors.
