Relax in a brand new house at the foot of Pálava near Mušovská jezera. The location is a well-known wine region and an ideal destination for cyclists, popular trails lead around the house. All rooms have access to a spacious terrace with seating. From the terrace, stairs lead to the upper terrace overlooking Pálava and the hot tub, available from May to September. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. We offer guests recommendations for local winemakers and interesting tourist destinations. There is a shop and several restaurants near the house.

The studio's working function has now been replaced by a recreational function and provides you with the opportunity to taste exceptional architecture in a small volume, set just above the lake. Our pretty townhouse with its small mediterranean-style courtyard is situated in a small lane in the centre of Laa a. d. Thaya. The popular thermal spa is within walking distance of about 11 min. The place offers the ideal basis for a relaxed thermal spa holiday, for trips to the idyllic wine villages of the area, like e.g. Falkenstein, to cultural or culinary festivities or for bicycle tours through the lovely landscape of the Weinviertel or for a visit of the beautiful Nationalpark Thayatal.

The house is 10 minutes walk from the main square of Valtice, where you can find cafes and restaurants, but conveniently located at the edge of the village, surrounded by wines and fields, and just at the start of the popular wine route.

The house is totaly unique. 3.13 x 3.23 m2, but 2 stocks - ground with bathroom - 1st floor kitchen and dininig room - 2nd floor bedroom (Queen size bed - big enough for two 180cmx160cm) and entry to balcony Here are some stairs in the house. Electrical heating in every room. Here is enough space only for two people.
