Idyllic, charming farmhouse/holiday home with direct access to private sandy beach and the Baltic sea from the backyard, with its own staircase to the beach. Large beautiful garden with playhouse, trampoline and play tower. Located in rural surroundings in protected area. Residential approx. 160 m3, large living room, large functional kitchen with dining area for 6-8 people. 4 bedrooms with room for a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children. Smaller but functional bathroom with shower. Large utility room. Absolutely no parties, no animals and no smoking indoors.

The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

New Nordic: Cozy summer cottage close to the beach

Large beautiful plot of 1200m2, away from the road. Very child friendly, with plenty of room for play and ball games. The house is located approx. 400m from Denmark's best beach, 150m to the grocery store, pizzeria & ice cream shop. About 3 km to Marielyst cozy square.  The house is heated with heat pump, wood-burning stove and electricity, so there is ample opportunity to enjoy the house on cold days. The house TV is not connected to TV channels, but there is chromiumcast in the TV.
