Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Georgetown

we almost were not about to return and book with Air B n B but...David absolutely changed that and turned our past awful experience right side up!!! During a extremely busy weekend and sold out everywhere weekend , he was available and even let us check in early!!! we couldn't get over just how peaceful stress-free and felt like honestly we were at our home! they didn't hover or intrude . Will return !!

We really enjoyed our visit at Melanie’s. It a very attractive space with lots of live plants, comfy pillows and throws. You can’t beat the location across from Henry Clay’s home with walking trails and huge trees. Conveniently located close to Chevy Chase which has several cute places to eat and not far from downtown and Rupp Arena. We’ll definitely be back anytime we are in Lexington.

Wayne's home was exactly as described and more! The heated tile in the bathroom was a pleasant surprise! The location was perfect for traveling by bike to and from the Railbird Festival all weekend. It was close to local coffee shops and restaurants as well. Parking, finding the location, and entering were about as easy as it gets. We also appreciated Wayne's prompt communication and assistance with any help we needed. We'll stay again if we are in the area. Thank you!!

This place is great on its own. We loved it. But the absolute best part is that you can walk down the steps and be steps from shops and restaurants. We had an amazing dinner at Serafina and then just sat outside. So many people out and about. Everyone super friendly. Love, love this place!

Absolutely gorgeous and charming apartment in the sweetest little town—it felt like stepping into a Hallmark movie! The location is perfect, with the historic downtown, restaurants, and coffee shops all within easy walking distance. The apartment itself is spacious, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need. A truly delightful stay!

I can’t express enough what this meant for me! Meeting James was the cherry on top! I felt at home and just loved being in his Air BnB! Recommended 100 percent! His place has everything and more that you could ever want. He is an absolute amazing host and I look forward to coming back again! Great cottage centrally located to so many activities and places. Peaceful and beautiful!

The cottage was beautiful and peaceful. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. We spent the days we were there visiting several distilleries which were all conveniently located to the cottage. If you’re looking for a spot to unplug this is the place to do it! The WiFi is very spotty, so it’s definitely not the place to go if you have to do any work while traveling.

this home was an ideal location for our family of three adults and a toddler. Amenities were very good. The only downfall was the back yard backed up to a main travel road, Man O War Blvd , making it noisy with nightly truck travel.

Fantastic location nestled between downtown and the distillery district. We were able to easily walk everywhere we wanted to go. The back patio was lovely, and the space inside was beautiful. The mattresses and bedding were so comfy and cozy! We will definitely stay here again if/when we return.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I rented out this quaint little house. Everything was so beautiful from where it was located to the amenities... all of the things. Do yourself a favor and book this spot. You will not regret it From Tommy's communication to the location and the easy access to everything, it was absolutely amazing. I plan on booking a small etreat there in the future for the clinicians that I supervise.

I can't enough about how great this place was. Super nice. Super clean. it's a great neighborhood with lots of things to do in close proximity, even walking distance. I felt like I was home. This house is spectacular because it is so well laid out for a large group. The 2 1/2 bathrooms and four bedrooms really make it good when traveling with a group. In addition the house has large common areas and a wonderful backyard. It looks out over nature

I cannot say enough great things about Matt and the house! We traveled for a girls trip, Matt’s house was clean and safe. He responded to every question, politely and quickly! Recommend great restaurants, delicious food! I will definitely be booking with Matt again in the future!

Had a girl's weekend in Lexington and Brooke's place was perfect for this. The apartment was in a great location and very clean! Highly recommend!

This was a great place to stay, super clean and less than a mile from Rupp. We didn't get to make use of the host's suggestions for things to do this trip, but I'll already be looking forward to a second trip!

we loved our stay at the paradise inn! we will absolutely be back to Paris, KY. Ajs paradise Cafe right below is was such a nice treat and delicious food! Lee was by far the best, would recommend this stay to everyone.
