't Huys is on the ground floor and has 2 bedrooms, sitting and dining area and bathroom. The attractive decor and spacious rooms bring cosiness and maximum relaxation. You can make use of a wellness area with rain shower, sauna and wood-fired hot tub at additional charge. 't Huys can accomodate 2 adults and up to 3 children.

The house consists of 3 floors and has 2 large terraces with lots of sun and greenery. 2 spacious bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms and built-in wardrobes. The kitchen, living room and dining area contain high-quality materials and an abundance of natural sunlight. The 3rd room + bathroom has access to the terrace. The modular sofa converts into a comfortable double bed.

The house and garden house are a wonderful starting point for cycling trips and walks in the characteristic polder landscape and Zeeland coast. The location is close to the highway which you can hear outside. The studio is very spacious and located under the roof and can be reached via the outside stairs. The studio consists of an entrance hall, living space, kitchen, dining area, sleeping place with double bed, bathroom and toilet.
