Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Ghent

The stay was great all around. Frederik was very warm and greeted us at the beginning together with his wife. He gave helpful tips for activities in the area. There was also nothing missing in the equipment: grill, a variety of seating options and all kitchen accessories and much more. The location was also great: You were quickly in Bruges, Ostend and De Haan and yet the location was quiet and rural. We enjoyed it very much and we will be happy to come back.

Katia‘s house was the perfect location for our trip (2adults and 3 kids) to Gent. The house is located in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. Everything matched the description and pictures. We received very detailed information from Katia beforehand and she always answered right away. We highly recommend Katia‘s house to anyone staying in Gent!

We really enjoyed the beautiful location. It is a cozy and cozy cottage which looks beautiful with a stove that creates a good atmosphere. Koen also indicated that he was always available and proved this as well. It is nice that it was easy to drive to Ghent and that we could still enjoy nature in peace. All in all a fantastic place to stay and had time!

We were completely satisfied with the stay. Check-in would have been possible much earlier, the accommodation was sparkling clean and lovingly prepared upon arrival. The host was always quickly available to us and very helpful. The house itself is freshly renovated and ultra-modern. The garden is large and the beach is within walking distance. The parking for four vehicles directly at the house is also great. We enjoyed the stay very much and can recommend Grete and the accommodation without reservation.

We had 3 very nice days for our girls weekend! Spacious house, everything you need is present and the ponies, donkeys and cranes(?) around the house, made it that little extra special!

We were in the house with a group of girls for a long weekend. The location is close to Ghent, so you can do something there but still super quiet and idyllic. Amenities were as described. The pool was great and you could relax and have breakfast and dinner on the terrace at the back. Dorine was very friendly and helpful and always available. We were very pleased!

Ernest is a beautiful apartment, we immediately felt at home. Bonus is the terrace with outdoor table and chairs. Here wonderfully seated in the sun and enjoyed the good life. Also for my mother who runs a little worse, the center was easily accessible on foot. Also within walking distance of the Vrijbroekpark where you can run, walk and sit on the terrace. We had good and quick contact with Lisbet, in short: our stay was wonderful and we definitely recommend it!

This place is very bright, peaceful & beautiful, tucked away in a quiet one-way street close by to the Place Keym. Guillaume was very helpful & responsive, making sure that everything was going well. I would highly recommend this place!

Cozy and minimalistic nice Place!

Everything worked out great and it was a good decision to make a stopover here on our road trip. Clearly recommended if you also want to explore a little Brussels in about 40 minutes, but don't want the noise of the city!

Bernadette was very welcoming, and very clear with the instructions as well as very quick to answer any questions. The accommodation is great, spacious and well furnished! It is an ideal accommodation for those who want to visit Brussels while having a quiet area to rest in the evening.

We spent an absolutely unforgettable weekend at the Secret Garden, the dream chalet of Pierre and his wife. Upon our arrival, everything was prepared with exceptional care and delicacy: a white rose, a delicious homemade chocolate cake, and a bottle of champagne to start this stay in style. The chalet is simply perfect: warm, comfortable and surrounded by nature. The jacuzzi, sauna and beautiful eco-friendly bamboo bathtub offered us moments of total relaxation. We could adjust the indoor temperature, enjoy the fireplace, play with the lights and music... And Pierre explained everything to us with great clarity and kindness. They really outdid themselves! Every detail is thought out with love, you can feel it everywhere. We felt welcomed, pampered, like at home... or even better! Thank you so much for this wonderful weekend gift! ♡

Cozy cabin in a garden setting. Once you go through the front gate, it's a little oasis with a very tranquil atmosphere! No frills in the cabin, but running water etc. available in the adjacent house. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again if I'm in the area!

Patrick and Hélène were perfect, remarkably kind. Their cabin is very cozy, you feel very good as soon as you enter. The atmosphere, the good smell of wood, the refined decoration, and the nature all around make this place a perfect combo for a small exotic and rejuvenating break. We will be back!

Had wonderful days in a great cottage with beautiful garden. Reception was great. There is so much to experience in this region we will definitely come back. We did not use the car and were able to do everything on the bike. This cottage is highly recommended.

What a lovely holiday home. Equipped with all comforts in a quiet and wonderful environment. Each room has a bathroom, towels, bathrobes, toiletries, everything is arranged. The kitchen is equipped with more than enough crockery and cutlery. Outside, a very cool oryre (BBQ) and of course, you can enjoy the mini wellness (sauna and jacuzzi). For the children, there is a play garage with ping pong, table football and more. It is taken care of to perfection by the friendly host/owner. Absolutely recommended.

Our stay was basically very nice! The interior of the place is really cozy, stylish and decorated with a lot of love – just like you imagine a cabin in the forest. You immediately feel at home and comfortable. From the outside, the first impression was a bit unusual, maybe also because the house has just woken up from "hibernation" – as well as the surroundings. However, the access road was a real challenge. If you are looking for absolute peace and seclusion, you will feel very comfortable here. For us, the location was a little too secluded, as we had also planned excursions to Antwerp and Ghent. Every drive to the next larger city took about 30 minutes – just keep that in mind. However, if you plan to retreat completely for a few days, this is the place to be. One point to keep in mind: The water comes from a well, which is accompanied by a typical groundwater smell. 4/5 stars
