The tram takes 12 minutes to the town center, in the other direction around 5 min. to the fairground/expo-Plaza. Free parking direct in front of the house. Surrounded supermarkets and shops.

Through the panoramic window you have a magnificent view of the mountains and the climatic spa town of Bad Grund. The apartment has a fitted kitchen, a dining area, a modern bathroom with large shower, as well as a cozy solid wood double bed with cotton bedding. On the balcony you sit between herbs ( to harvest yourself) & flowers on teak wood furniture.

Haus Regina is an independent little townhouse on two floors with a private entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: the large one with a double bed, the little one with two single beds. As usual in holiday homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the motorway.

The 60sqm modern 2-room apartment has been newly renovated. It is located in the very quiet district of Hannover Wettbergen. A very nice south facing balcony belongs to it. The bedroom is equipped with a new and high-quality box spring bed (200x200cm). In the living room, there is a modern living area that can be converted into a comfortable double bed.
