The cozy townhouse in Hjelmerstald is located in the middle of Aalborg's historic center. The house is over 500 years old, but is newly renovated in respect of the long-standing history of the house. In the old days, Hjelmerstald was a notorious and poor street, but today the street is the most photographed street in Aalborg and contains some of the most cozy houses. The sandy colored house with one of the city's old renovated gas lamps on the house wall contains lots of coziness, pretzel nooks, and stories.

As a tenant with us, you will be staying in a newly built annex. The annex is located on a nature plot in the forest with the golf course as the nearest neighbor and close to Aalborg 15 min to the city bus. Whether it's city break, golf, mountain biking, road biking, you have plenty of opportunity to get your needs met here with us. We'll be happy to help with advice if you ask. In the large living room you can play on the professional pool table or relax with a movie/series on the 65 "SmartTV. It is 7-8 minutes by car to a small sandy beach at Hesteskoen.

Easy access to everything from this centrally located home. Close to Gigantium, Aalborg city center (10 min), highway, public transport and green areas - ex. Østerådalen and Kongshøj forest (possibility for mountain biking tours). Bus 13 from the airport right to the door. The apartment contains everything needed for four people to stay here. Spacious bike shed, which is yours all alone, should bring bikes or other things. Nice dining area on a large balcony with a view.

Sommerhuset er centralt beliggende i Svenstrup by. 5 minutters gang til Svenstrup togstation, hvor du både kan komme til Aalborg på 9 minutter eller direkte til Aarhus/KBH.
