The house is an old townhouse - completely restored in 2008. Located in the center of Dronninglund, close to shopping. There is a lovely courtyard with a covered terrace. There is plenty of beautiful nature in the area with forest, lake and only 7 km to the beach in Aså. The house is 169 sqm and on 2 floors. I have 2 cats and 10 chickens, which need to be looked after by the people staying in the house. The cats can run in and out of the house. The chickens just need to be let in and out. And then, of course, you just have to fill up with food for them if needed.

New kitchen in the year 2025😊 The log cabin is well hidden off the road between the trees right next to the Poulstrup Lake area. Right outside the door there are marked hiking trails, and close to MTB tracks as well as riding trails. Possibility of grass paddocks for horses within 1 km. Ørnhøj Golf Club is only 8 km away and 20 km to Rold Skov Golf Club.

The house is originally from 1895, totally renovated in 2023 with an eye for quality. The house contains everything you need for a pleasant stay. The home is on 2 floors and contains on the 1st floor 2 good rooms with quality beds and good closet space. Beautiful home 3 minutes from E45 and within walking distance of Aalborg University and New Aalborg University Hospital. The city bus stops at the door. With 8 beds, the house is perfect for families or groups, either as a starting point to explore Aalborg and Northern Jutland, for work/study stays or as an easy overnight stay on the way to or from the ferries to Norway and Sweden. Bed linen and towels are always included. TV with Chromecast in all living rooms and bedrooms and fast Wi-Fi everywhere. Dogs are welcome.

A nice newer family-friendly year-round cottage in the woods - 109 m2 + 45 m2 annex, outdoor jacuzzi, hot tub and sauna. There are terraces around the house, beach volleyball court and fire pit. There is a short distance to the sea and 10 minutes to delicious beaches in Øster Hurup and 5 minutes to shopping. The house sleeps 8-10 people. The house is equipped with fiber broadband and WiFi that covers the entire 3000 m2 natural plot. In July and August, check-in is on Saturday. There may be some insects at times.

The property is located in the area of Aslund by Aslundskoven on the outskirts of Vester Hassing, where there are shopping opportunities and a 5-minute walk to a cozy farm shop and café (Fredensfryd). Hou and Hals, which have North Jutland's most beautiful beaches, are only 15 km away, and North Jutland's capital - Aalborg - is 19 km away.

Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with stove, dish washer and fridge/freezer. Combined kitchen and living room area and separate bedroom with cupboard and working desk. Toilet with a washing machine and a dryer.
