The house is located in scenic surroundings on a closed road and therefore there is peace and quiet. In the winter months, there is a view of the sea, which is 400 meters from the house. There are great nature trails along the coast and in the woods. The house is located by the Mols Bjerge Nature Park and close to Rønde town with good shopping and dining options. It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. There are two covered terraces.

Here is a spacious entrance, a beautiful kitchen with oven, half induction hob, fridge/freezer and general kitchenware. Cozy living room with sofa bed and TV corner. Bedroom with double bed (can be divided into two), dresser and clothes rack. Bathroom with shower and toilet. A small room with dining area. Wood-look tiles in all rooms. We are a family of 4 upstairs, which can occasionally be heard. Free parking on the street and in the driveway.

Summer house Lærkereden

Welcome to our self-built 120m2 cottage. We built the cottage in 2023-24, with the aim of creating a unique place where freedom and a good atmosphere are key elements. The house has 4 rooms, two high attics, a multi-room with pool table, kitchen and living room with sofa. Outside there is a 105 m2 terrace, a large table and a barbecue. The house can accommodate up to 13 overnight stays, but is ideal for 8-10 people. The house is our apple of our eye, which we like to share with others. We hope guests take good care of our little gem.

When you arrive, the apartment is ready for you with clean bed linen and towels. 500 meters to a grill, ice cream, and fish shop. 2 km to pizza. 13 km to Djurs Sommerland. Charging electric cars or similar is not allowed. Paddleboard rental available.

On the beach you will find an ice cream shop and a fish shop. Nearby are Djurs Sommerland (15 min.), Ree Park Safari, Mols Bjerge and several golf courses. Good area for running and cycling with several landscaped routes through forest and beach areas. The house contains three bedrooms, and two bathrooms.

Boligen på Fælledvejen 1B har alt, hvad en familie har brug for: en lys stue med sovesofa, soveværelse med dobbeltseng samt badeværelse og vaskemaskine. Udenfor venter området med pool, gode restauranter og indkøbsmuligheder lige i nærheden. Stranden ligger mindre end 10 minutters gang fra døren, og Djurs Sommerland er kun en kort køretur væk.

Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

The apartment is centrally located towards both city and nature - with only 3 km to fishing and walks at Løgten Strand, and about 20 minutes drive to Aarhus and Mols Bjerge.
