Die Wohnung hat eine gute Verkehrsanbindung (die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür und in 10 Minuten erreichst Du das große Einkaufszentrum und die U-Bahn). Diverse Einzelhandelsgeschäfte (Bäckerei, Kiosk und verschiedene Supermärkte) sind in der Nähe zu finden. Dazu sind Parks und ein sehr großes Naturschutzgebiet fussläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist komplett neu renoviert. Sie ist sonnig und angenehm ruhig. Ein Außenrollo dunkelt den Schlafbereich komplett ab.

Centrally and quietly located apartment for max. 3 guests. The box-spring bed is in the living room together with the pull-out sofa bed. The kitchen is new and hardly used and equipped with all the things you need. The bathroom is also modern and like new. The staircase is a bit steep so unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. Glinde is on the outskirts of Hamburg and you can easily get into the city with the U2. We also have a few tips for Hamburg.

The accommodation is in the basement and has a ceiling height of 2.09 m. Supermarkets and restaurants (5-10min) and public transport (bus 2min) are in the immediate vicinity. Public parking is usually available.

The apartment is located in the attic (sloping ceilings) of a detached house in a quiet location with very good connections to the A1 and A24 highways. The U-Bahn station "Steinfurther Allee" is also within walking distance (10-12 min. walk, please read the "Arrival Guide" in the listing carefully beforehand), then another 17 min. with the "U2" to Hamburg main station. Private, lockable parking is available.
