Du wohnst in der geografischen Mitte von Hamburg - ein perfekter Startpunkt für deinen Hamburg Trip. Die U-Bahn ist nur 100 m entfernt und fährt dich in wenigen Minuten in die Shoppingmeile, zum Rathaus oder zum Hafen. Kostenlose Parkplätze haben wir direkt vor der Tür. Die Gästesuite in meinem Stadthaus bietet dir Privatsphäre und einen gemütlichen Rückzugsort. Ein 24h Fitness- Studio, ein Supermarkt, Cafés, Restaurants sind direkt vor der Tür und nicht weit auch ein modernes Schwimmbad.

Die Wohnung hat eine gute Verkehrsanbindung (die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür und in 10 Minuten erreichst Du das große Einkaufszentrum und die U-Bahn). Diverse Einzelhandelsgeschäfte (Bäckerei, Kiosk und verschiedene Supermärkte) sind in der Nähe zu finden. Dazu sind Parks und ein sehr großes Naturschutzgebiet fussläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist komplett neu renoviert. Sie ist sonnig und angenehm ruhig. Ein Außenrollo dunkelt den Schlafbereich komplett ab.
