We invite you to our place on earth, and literally a little under... where you can rest comfortably, sleep at night and during the day, if you feel like it. We offer a comfortable apartment, unique interior, relaxing bath, comfortable shared bed, a cup of coffee... In winter it is cozy and warm, and in summer it is pleasantly cool. The window in the apartment is technical, it does not provide access to sunlight, so we do not recommend our apartment for longer stays and for people suffering from claustrophobia. Fresh air is provided by the air handling unit. The apartment is located in the very center of Poznań, on level -1 (underground) in a revitalized tenement house in the vicinity of the Old Market Square, the Warta River and the largest shopping centers in Poznań. There is a paid guarded car park in the vicinity, and a car park under the building (paid zone A). We guarantee you a comfortable, discreet stay. We issue VAT invoices. Be our guest!!!

In the common area of the facility there is a sauna/bath available from 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Auf dem Hof Sandsee wird Reittherapie auf Inlandspferden angeboten. Der Sandsee liefert Gelegenheit zum Baden und Angeln. Das Gästehaus bietet Ihnen absolute Ruhe und Erholung in einer traumhaften Umgebung.

Sieraków - Land of 100 Lakes

A separate apartment is available on the 2nd floor of the house. The house is located in the center of Sieraków, located on the edge of the Noteć Forest. Jaroszewskie Lake is located 3 km from the city. The village is located in the Land of 100 Lakes and the Sieraków Landscape Park, numerous bicycle trails, a good place for those who like peace and quiet. Marylin Turkus Station

We brought two railway cars to the middle of the forest - the Noteć Forest. We named them Turkus and Magenta. Turkus was created in 1939. Since 1984, it has served as a technical wagon and until 2022 it ran on tracks. Magenta was created in 1972 and also ran as a technical wagon until 2022. We have renovated the beautiful old wagons and converted them into unusual, rare accommodation. We kept the arched ceilings, surrounded the steel skeleton with wood and added new colors.

Modern apartment in a quiet area - Poznan

The apartment consists of a room with a kitchen, bathroom and separate wardrobe. There is a bed for two people and a sofa bed. What’s more, the apartment has a large and sunny balcony. It is located on the first floor. The building was completed in 2017. All furniture and accessories are new since they were purchased specially for the quests. Apartment size is 31 square meters. The balcony is about 5 square meters. Within the 8-minute walk there is a Poznan tram stop.

It has a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bathroom, a large living room with a comfortable sofa, a table with chairs and a smart TV. The bedroom has a large double bed (160x200cm) and wardrobe. Apartment is located on first floor and is very quiet, because it is located in the courtyard.
