You can find here an absolute tranquility.The house is located 50m from Wolin National Park (a great forest) and 1,2km through this forest to the beach. Aber auch wenn Sie abends lieber auf der Veranda zusammensitzen wollen, können Sie die die romantische Ausstrahlung genießen. Auch wenn Sie unweit vom Zentrum Revals wohnen, leben Sie in einer ruhigen Umgebung fernab vom Tumult der Stadt.

Elegant seaside retreat with sauna on Wolin Island

200 qm großes Ferienhaus, gebaut 2024 auf einem 1000 qm großen Grundstück. 1,3 km zu Fuß durch den Wald des Nationalparks Wollin zum Strand.  Schlafhaus: 5 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, 1 WC. Wohnhaus: Großer Wohnbereich, Lehmofen, Sauna, Esstisch, Kücheninsel sowie Terrasse und Garten. Der Ort erinnert an die Ostsee, wie wir sie auf Usedom von früher kennen: Hoher Buchenwald, wenig Menschen, keine Autos in der Nähe des Strandes – und die Ostsee ohne Promenade und Spektakel.

Po raz pierwszy! Zapraszam do wynajęcia nowego (2018) całorocznego domu w zabudowie bliźniaczej nad morzem w uroczej, spokojnej miejscowości Łukęcin (7 km od Dziwnowa, 15 km od Kamienia Pomorskiego). Dom położony jest ok. 250 m od morza na skraju sosnowego lasu. Przeznaczony jest dla maksymalnie 6 osób (w tym dzieci). Jego powierzchnia to ok. 90 m2. Wewnątrz domu obowiązuje zakaz palenia. Zapraszamy gości wraz z pupilami! Psy są u nas szczęśliwe :)
