You have a 100-year-old house and a large 7000m2 plot with access to the forest. The house consists of 6 rooms (18 beds), a kitchen , 4 bathrooms with showers, and a 35m2 fireplace room. In our offer, we have a service of a thick relaxing bath in a chat (so-called), a wood-burning sauna, and a graduation tower. SERVICES ARE CHARGED EXTRA. There are also several bikes available. The property is located in Natura 2000, there is an 8km bike path to the sandy beach on the Szczecin Lagoon.

On the ground floor there is a kitchenette connected to the dining room and living room, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a utility room. Outside, there is a terrace with a barbecue area. The house is located on a 3000 sqm plot, where you can park your cars.

The ONE ROOM flat has easy access to the lake and the public, small beach, separate entry and own garden. The house is located in a peaceful village.
