The apartment is great! Very high quality furnishings, really large, with several rooms, the bed super comfortable, the kitchen very well equipped and Greta was very nice. We especially liked the loggia - having breakfast there was always a nice start to the day. Greta even provided some things for meals (water, juice, beer, coffee, tea, spices, oil, etc.) and a few snacks! By car, the apartment is perfectly located, 3 minutes to the Hermitage, 5 minutes to the spa, 9 minutes to Bayreuth and about half an hour to the Fichtelgebirge and Franconian Switzerland. We highly recommend the apartment! We would love to come back. Thank you for a perfect extended weekend, Greta!

Idyllically located and beautifully furnished penthouse apartment – ideal for two. Not only the house and yard dog Nemo greeted one very friendly, but the family is also very nice and helpful. You can relax in the apartment and on its balcony - between cattle and fallow deer - but also pursue various outdoor activities in fairytale nature in the surrounding area. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

We stayed with 3 kids at Sebastian's place and had a wonderful time. Lovely private garden with bbq. The place was very clean and had all amenities to cook for our little family. Good communication with host. The place is ideally located to visit both the fichtel mountains and franconian Switzerland. I would definitely recommend this place for families.
