Holiday Paradise Neu Zittau near Berlin

My little holiday paradise is located in a quiet and beautiful green area, about 2 minutes walk from the river Spree. The bungalow is very well equipped with underfloor heating, fireplace, very comfy sofa bed and great attention to detail. Various shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity and the bus stops just around the corner. The motorway to Berlin and the train station are only 10 minutes by car.. You have got the little paradise all for yourself to relax. Wish you lot of fun!

Modern accommodation in tariff zone C of the public transport around Berlin. With Wallbox. Walk 100 meters and then take the legendary Woltersdorfer tram to the lock or into the city. For example, be in the trendy district of Friedrichshain in 30 minutes. But here, too, we have good opportunities to relax. The many lakes and excursion destinations are quickly reached by bike. Bicycles are available free of charge, with a deposit of EUR 50. Paddle board: EUR 20 per day/pc.

Our cozy, quiet basement room with bathroom is perfect for vacationers, expats and city refugees looking for a place that is within walking distance of both bus & train and forest & water. Every 10 minutes, the S3 from Wilhelmshagen runs directly through Berlin and thus allows the perfect connection to the outskirts of the city. Within a few minutes' walk you are also in the Püttbergen or Dämmeritzsee. Shopping and a handful of restaurants are also within walking distance.

The house offers a living/sleeping area with pull-out day bed and a staircase that leads to the mattress storage (the hit with kids!!!). A bathroom with shower is available. The property is accessed via a beautiful garden. The house is located on a quiet side street. Street parking is usually available. In case of emergency, there is a short walk to the neighboring street.
