Skånes Djurpark (animal park) is a 45-minute drive. There, Nordic animals such as wolves, bears, lynx and other Nordic species live in their natural environment. At a height of 7.5 meters above the ground, you are surrounded by forest, birdsong, and a soothing calm – far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Kojan offers private, secluded accommodation where nature is always present. Via two flights of stairs and a suspension bridge, you reach your own, smaller cabin where there is a wood-fired sauna. Here you can sink into the warm water, smell the scent of wood, and gaze out over the forest – an experience that is equally magical year-round.

The cabin is newly built and was completed at the turn of the year 2022/2023. Private access to Lake Svanshalssjön. Fishing on site. Swimming is possible but bathing shoes are recommended (until we have built a jetty). Otherwise, there is very nice nature nearby that is crossed by the Skåneleden. Within cycling and driving distance is Osby, where there are grocery stores, restaurants and other activities.

A newly-renovated cottage that is in the old style with new standard. The house has its own beach with jetty and ramp for your own boat. Also included is a rowboat so you can go out and row on the lake. The house is only 5 minutes from the city center by car and about 10 minutes by bicycle. A very idyllic area with Älmhult's marina as a neighbor with life and movement. Camping is 5 minutes away by bicycle, which has a restaurant and full rights. Best location in Älmhult's community with proximity to IKEA museum and IKEA department store.
