THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Egen liten stuga på härliga Styrsö - en halvtimmes båtresa från Göteborg. På vackra Styrsö i Göteborgs södra skärgård finns denna charmiga och helt nybyggda stuga. På 30 kvadratmeter, loft och soldäck finns allt du behöver för bekväma och behagliga dagar. Stugan ligger på öns västsida. Där fanns det gamla fiskesamhället och på vägen till stugan passerar du de gamla fiskarhusen tätt intill varandra i klassisk skärgårdsstil. Färja, affär, café, natur och salta bad är bara ett stenkast bort.

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

Lovely cottage in outdoor paradise

Welcome to our lovely cottage only 20 min. from Landvetter airport and 25 min from Gothenburg. We have free parking space, WiFi, and basic facilities as TV, kitchen, wc and shower. If you come with bikes we have a bike room and washing area. The area is full of lakes and beautiful nature to hike in. We love to show you great trails for hiking, running or biking and beautiful spots for swimming. We can also direct you to the best local restaurants and places of cultural interest.

En ö i Västerhavet, nära Göteborg, endast 2 färjor bort (gratis). Längst ut i kusten med solnedgången i horisont. När solen gått ned tänds en stjärnhimmel. Hyppeln är en genuin skärgårdsö, ett levande samhälle. En av tio bebodda öar i Öckerö. Betagande vacker både i storm och stiltje. I gästhamnen finns krog, grillplats, en liten affär och på toppen ett fort. I huset finns allt du behöver, fullt utrustat kök, samt en Bubbelpool att njuta i. Sängkläder och duschhanddukar ingår.

Campingstuga på lantgård

Enkel campingstuga belägen i utkanten av gårdens trädgård. Stugan har ett rum med ett enkelt kök och en våningssäng med två bäddar plus två sängplatser i bäddsoffa. Toalett med separett samt en enkel dusch med varmvatten som ligger cirka 25 meter från stugan. Toalett och dusch delas med vår andra campingstuga. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår ej i priset, men kan väljas till för 100 kr/set. Städning ingår ej men kan köpas till för 300 kr. utebliven städning debiteras med 400:-
