Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. In the immediate vicinity, there is wilderness with plenty of trails, including the Vildmarksleden, for hiking, running and mountain biking. Airport: 8 minutes Chalmers golf course: 5 min

The house is directly adjacent to a cozy and child-friendly swimming cove with docks and a sandy beach. Start the day with a morning swim. Have breakfast in the garden. If you want to combine with the city life in Gothenburg, you can drive there in 15 minutes. Even closer to large shopping centers. Welcome to a unique environment. Here you will have the opportunity to find tranquility, enjoy bird singing and forest scents. Brygghuset is located right on the edge of the forest, separated from traffic and visibility. 5 min away is the Sollebrunn community, which offers a well-stocked grocery store, some restaurants and some other shops. 5 min away is Gräfsnäs Castle Park with historical origins and a nice restaurant and swimming lake. The cottage is connected to Retrovägen, which has a wide range of attractions.
