Oavsett om du lagar middag i det välutrustade köket, grillar på bryggdäcket, kopplar av i bastun eller vilar i det mysiga vardagsrummet, är utsikten alltid med dig. This lovely 130 sqm house is located in a calm yet central location, close to parks, bars, restaurants, shops, a playground, the archipelago, a kids' swimming pool and the city centre. Short tram trips take you to the citycentre/archipelago and Slottskogen is a 5 minute walk away. Loud music/partying in the house or in the garden is not allowed.
