Herzlich willkommen in unserer 73 qm großen, gemütlichen Ferienwohnung mit Südost-Balkon im Chiemgau! Sie liegt in Niedernfels, einem ruhigen Ortsteil von Marquartstein. Ins Ortszentrum sind es ca. 1,5 km, zum kleinen Badesee bei Grassau 3 km, zum Chiemsee rund 15 km. Direkt hinterm Haus beginnen zahlreiche Wanderwege. Der Chiemgau ist aber auch ein Paradies für Radtouren. Familien lockt der nahe Märchenpark zu einem Besuch.

Guests who want to stay 7 days or more in the apartment are offered a one-time free laundry service. Golfers walk 3 minutes to the driving range and a total of 5 minutes to tee 1. Cyclists are right on the bike paths. Skiers drive 20 minutes to the Hochkössen ski resort.

The spacious corner balcony with mountain views is suitable for extended breakfasts and dinners.
