Die Ferienwohnung "Südwind"liegt im Erdgeschoss des Hauses und bietet Platz für bis zu4 Personen. In dieser Wohnung sind auch Ihre Vierbeiner Herzlich Willkommen, der Garten und die zwei Terrassen bieten ausreichend Platz zum toben. Die Wohnung hat eine vollausgestattete Kücheund bietet alles was man zum gemeinsamen Kochen und Essen benötigt. Zum entspannen kann man sich in das Wohnzimmer mit der angrenzenden Süd-Terrasse zurückziehen. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine seperate Essecke und eine gemütliche Sofaeckemit Sat-TV, DVD-Player , IPod-Docking-Station und Stereoanlage mit CD-Player und Radio . Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer in der Ferienwohnung, eines davon mit einem Doppelbett und eines mit Etagenbett. Beide Schlafzimmer sind komplett abdunkelbar. Das helle Badezimmer bietet eine Dusche, Fön und Kosmetikspiegel. Zusätzlich ist noch ein kleiner Abstellraum vorhanden mit einer Waschmaschine, welche gegen Gebühr nutzbar ist. Das Auto kann direkt am Haus geparkt werden und auch Fahrräder können sicher in der Gartenhütteabgestellt und aufgeladen werden. Das Haus bietet eine super Ausgangslage um Greetsiel zu erkunden; der Deich, Hafen, Abenteuerspielplatz und die Oase sind alle fußläufig zu erreichen. You’ll be staying in a charming historic townhouse in the lively Schildersbuurt neighborhood, just a short walk from Groningen’s city center, great restaurants, and the Noorderplantsoen park right around the corner.

It is one of the most beautiful places on the lake with the particularly beautiful evening sun over the beautiful Paterswoldsemeer. It is a rare and quiet place.

On the second floor you will find one of the three bedrooms of the apartment, from which you have a breathtaking view over the Leyhörn nature reserve. The apartment also includes a car parking space by the house.

Our vacation home is located in the picturesque fishing village of Greetsiel. It is ideally suited for a relaxing vacation for 4 people. The terraced house is within walking distance of the harbor. The house offers a living and dining area with TV, a well-equipped kitchen, a terrace with garden and three parking spaces in front of the house. Bed linens and towels must be brought along.
