Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

We rent our small but fine guest room. It has a separate entrance. The door lock is of course lockable. The room includes a new renovated bathroom & a beautiful sun terrace. In the room there is also a small refrigerator. The room is very close to the Baltic Sea. For the stay in Dahme, a tourist tax of €3.50/€2 per person (depending on the season) is charged per day. The visitor's tax is booked separately online in advance.

We were very kindly received by Hanne and felt very comfortable in the beautiful apartment. Everything you need is there and the view is beautiful. In the background, you can see a small part of the Grömitzer Steg and enjoy the evening on the balcony in the evening sun. Everything is easily accessible, you only have to cross the dike to get to the sea and you are already on the waterfront. Thank you for a few wonderful days with you, dear Hanne.

Great apartment directly at the lake. The Baltic Sea is also easily accessible. The apartment is well decorated and offers everything you need for a relaxing time, even with children. The surroundings provide ample scope for leisure activities. Gerd and Lisa take care of everything and are very helpful.

Anja's accommodation in the first row of the beach in Grömitz is absolutely great. Having a 24/7 view of the Baltic Sea lets you escape into a holiday mood of a completely different quality. Excellent location for all kinds of activities and yet also wonderfully quiet, relatively close to the marina. We are very grateful that we were able to be their guests and will surely "cry" for the apartment for a long time to come. Anja welcomed us wonderfully uncomplicated and did not let us miss anything.

A beautiful apartment....especially the great window with a view to the outside and the great cuddly pillow in front of it....my dog and I felt very comfortable, both in the apartment and in the quiet surroundings. You can easily enter the apartment using the door code. Burak is very likeable and was always immediately available by phone when I had questions.
